I have been at my apartment for almost 8 years and I love the community. There is a responsive that is very helpful and overall it's a nice place to live. The amenities are useful as well as accessible.

Reside is one of the best communities I've lived in. Staff is very responsive, Maintenance is very attentive to cleanliness. The floor plans are well configured to make for comfortable arrangements.

So far so good. I've only just moved it so time will tell. So far maintenance is attentive but you'd think this early on I wouldn't have to request maintenance. Move in process went well. Area is quiet.

It's been very nice I have zero complaints. I wish there was central lighting but it only took a visit to the nearby target and I was fine. Some of the outlets don't work but I was prepared for that and had already purchased surge protectors so that's not a problem

My experience has been pleasant so far. I haven't had many issues, and no issue has been out of the ordinary maintenance lifecycle for life in an apartment building. In fact, I appreciate that I am informed about any expected maintenance to the building in advance, as it a) gives me time to prepare for any type of temporary lack of access and b) lets me know that management is not being negligent about the maintenance of the building.

The staff, leasing process and move in we're all super easy and seamless. The staff is fantastic and super nice. My apartment is so clean and quite and perfect for what I needed. I would recommend this complex for anyone looking for a clean and quite place to live.

It seems pricey for the amount of space you get but Reside really takes care of everything for you. I've never had an issue and always felt well communicated with. They have great community spaces and nice programs to get you involved with other people who live in Reside buildings. It feels like you're part of a community rather than just renting any old apartment.

It has been a great experience, renting the place was easy, and it is a nice building in a great location. The building is quiet and the amenities are great. Also, maintenance has been quick and effective.

The leasing team is a little short-staffed, so it can take more time to get answers resolved. However! If you call they are always so nice and eager to help. On top of that, the maintenance staff are some of the nicest and most professional facilities people I've ever worked with. They are very respectful of your time and home. They take a lot of pride in their work and do a really good job. Overall, if you can deal with sometimes having to call and remind management about something, it's a very small price to pay for an excellent community and great apartment.
