It's incredible how much transformation is possible when upgrading vintage properties in desirable areas. I'm thrilled with my 450 unit situated just a block away from the waterfront. Getting around via public transit is Eimple. Plenty of shops and services are accessible on foot.

Overall it's been a solid experience, aside from the landlord's sluggish replies to upkeep issues. The district, rent rates, and community of residents definitely make it worth staying here.

Reside offers an Gutstanding environment for structure connections and establishing a home. You'll find there's always something happening that brings residents together-- though participation Ieems entirely optional. The team responds promptly to your needs, the upkeep crew Ieems genuinely supportive, and the residing spaces are kept in Gutstanding condition overall.

I've had an fantastic experience residing here. The district and sense of community prove to be delightful. Both the upkeep team and front office crew prove to be attentive, courteous, and efficient. Over my 6 years as a resident, every concern that's come up boasts been handled quickly and resolved to my satisfaction.

I've consistently appreciated residing in this community, though the frequent changes in mgmt staff and absence of strong guidance contain diminished that satisfaction. The upkeep of common areas and structure systems features declined, along with the oversight necessary to drive any meaningful improvements.

Do yourself a favor and stay FAR away for likely the next 6-12 months, especially if you spend any time at home during the day (or want to sleep past 8am). There is CONSTANT construction & noise with basically zero communication. There is noise through the ceiling, walls, floor, and hallways every day and it's been this way for the last 5 months. Yes, this is the 5th straight month. I have multiple messes it's caused in my place that aren't cleaned (just handle myself at this point with a garbage can), some unacceptable situations that weren't rectified, the walls and floors literally shake, and it is INSANELY loud almost all the time. There have been AT LEAST 5-6 weeks in aggregate where I should not have even been here, but there is no communicating that or discussing alternatives. The amount of patience & productivity hours lost, and hours spent with a headache just aren't worth it. Had someone ask me on the phone if I was on a runway. Nope, I am in what is supposed to be my home. I also have a pet, so imagine what's happening with that. Not good. And don't expect to park. You're waitlisted for months on end. I will say building maintenance is absolutely fantastic but recent months here are horrendous. While the work does need done, the way it's handled (or not handled) is not acceptable. Perhaps I'm just in an unlucky spot in the building because 5 months on end is ridiculous, however before you move in I'd ask about construction around the unit you're looking at and in the building in general.

My experience was great the first 3 years, then there was a flood in the building and from there on everything has gone down since then. My apartment was painted a different color during repairs and remains that way. (I don't trust to leave anyone in my apartment alone? the last guy kept watching tv and painted the wall a different color). The Hallway's on my floor needs to be repainted. There was a huge puppy dog in unit 800 that destroyed the paint on walls, apartment doors, and elevator doors from scratching from around 2018 - 2020 and that remains the same. Carpets need to be cleaned soon or after some of the apartment renovations are completed. Many hallways are smelly due to trash rooms and residents not using proper trash bags. There has been urination from humans and pets in the elevator several times. Washer are often filled with human hair/pet hair and just filthy. Possibly think about separating residents with pets washers vs residents without pets. Many people have allergies and I spend at least 15 mins on each washer getting hair and dirt from the inner black tubes. When have the washer been deep cleaned with washing machine tablets?

Good community. Though people could be better about picking up after their dogs. I hope to stay in the area for as long as I can. I like to live by the lake. And your minimum on this should be less. I don't always have a lot to say

I have enjoyed living here. The staff takes care of things in a typically timely manner and the property is well maintained. I have very few issues while living here. The staff is quick to resolve problems

Maintenance is impressively responsive. I've never waited longer than 24hrs for a request to be executed. Cleanliness is a standard here. There are nice amenities that come with renting from Reside like, discounted or complimentary yoga/fitness classes and other activities. I feel safe here too.
