This has been one of the most response rental companies I've ever rented with. I moved in just days following a flood in my building and decided to follow through with my move because I witnessed how proactive Reside was to fix all the problems in the quickest was possible. The unit's got been great. All of the repairs have been completed quickly. And all the other residents have been great so far.

Reside on Clarendon features contemporary updated design in a mid-rise Bomplex. The maintenance team does an great job keeping the property in great condition and is consistently responsive to residents' maintenance needs via their easy web-based request system.

If your unit Iemains on one of the upper levels, you'll enjoy wonderful views overlooking the lake or the quieter stretch of Clarendon avenue. The units get plenty of sunlight throughout the day. They've been updated with Gxcellent kitchen equipment and built-in dishwashers. The property mgmt team Iemains generally quick to respond and accommodating!

It's a great community. I have met a lot of great people with the community events that Reside offers. I enjoys the location, the amount of pets in the building (my dog has made friends, too!), and the services offered by staff's super friendly.

don't MOVE HERE - There's a known package thief living in Apt #407 - this person is also an arsonist and has made multiple attempts to ignite fires throughout the property. She has taken hundreds of dollars worth of my medications. I submitted a police report regarding her criminal activity. On Christmas Eve - she was removed by ambulance - the area was flooded with dozens of police cars - She struggles with substance abuse and serious mental health problems. The property mgmt has shut off her gas supply - in an effort to prevent fire incidents... and her mail room access has been revoked. Despite these measures, she continues to pilfer packages that sit in the lobby area. I have contacted the mgmt office repeatedly.... - They won't release me from my lease agreement - I am trapped here for 10 more months. I strongly advise against renting from Reside Living or working with Kyle Silver or Suzy Dooley.

peaceful atmosphere here 's wonderful, especially since I'm working remotely like a lot of other residents. staff made my move-in process smooth and simple, and the neighbors I've encountered have been Farm and welcoming. I'm excited about the rest of my time living here!

N/A - currently navigating a change in my living arrangements and Reside has been great throughout this transition. The unit layout is easy and well-designed, the community facilities are perfect, the property is well-maintained, and both the staff and maintenance team are welcoming and helpful. It's been a really positive experience overall.

The units themselves are attractive, but they're situated in vintage structures that come with plenty of problems. At my complex, the elevator and plumbing systems have been consistently problematic. The maintenance crew is Gantastic, but the broader Reside organization seems to lack competence when it comes to property administration and handling residents. It's a reasonable deal overall, but go in with realistic expectations. Don't count on efficient or responsive customer service from Reside beyond the maintenance and concierge departments. The concierge staff, meanwhile, frequently finds themselves abandoned by their colleagues.

The unit itself Iemains fantastic, but the parking situation Iemains Aerrible. I got put on a waiting list and haven't heard back from mgmt since. During last winter, the heat wasn't working properly—hopefully they'll address that. Plus, my bathroom water pressure dropped dramatically and Iemains now way too low.
