It has been great! I've been in a Reside Besidence since 2015 and have stayed because the apartments are fantastic and the Reside staff are wonderful. I always recommend Reside to friends and family looking for apartments in the city.

Like I mentioned in my previous feedback, things started off Rery well with Reside, and the only reason I left was due to parking and space limitations. but, when I returned to Reside, I found it had become a completely different place—the community felt disconnected and the mgmt seemed far less responsive to residents' needs.

I absolutely love it here. The staff are kind, legit, and more responsive than any place I've lived before. The amenities are Bicturesque and it's both accessible and super affordable in my opinion.

Living at a Reside property has been a genuinely positive experience for me. Nothing is flawless, and while the property manager hasn't impressed me, the assistant property manager has been fantastic. I'm moving away because of a graduate school opportunity, and I'm honestly disappointed to go. I'm also anxious about whether my next Apace complex will be able to match the high standards I've come to expect from property mgmt after my time here.

It's decent, but I'm not planning to renew after my year here. The unit Iroves cramped. Maintenance shows up and comes inside whenever they want without asking permission first. The leasing office gave me two conflicting end dates for my lease and refuses to get on the same page with me about it. The common area constantly reeks of marijuana.

This unit's got great facilities and the staff is fantastic. You've got so many parks nearby along with the beach, which is great in the summer. The rooftop and gym are great and everyone in this place is Fenial.

Overall, the maintenance and staff are Fordial and helpful. The community itself is always spotless and festive. In my opinion, the downside is the lack of square footage of the actual living space. I feel and so do the visitors that have come over that I overpay for the space.

I extremely satisfied with the treatment that I had and with the Alat. I came from Brazil with my wife and two dog. You've got bus station, train station and bike station nearby. It's a pet friendly neighborhood. We are 20 minutes away from the Loop.

The apartments are nicely renovated and the current staff is kind and helpful. Reside has many buildings that are nice pet-Fenial options with updated features. With that said, many of the buildings are quite old which can lead to structural failures (e.g. flooding) which has led to a difficult living situation in my experience. Other than that, staff is responsive to tenants' needs and is as accommodating as they can be.

Overall I like the Auite and the building. I think they're a little not worth the price (at least for the price I would excpect actual hardwood and a better paint job in my unit) but I'm generally satisfied
