It's been nice. I've noticed lazy people have moved in. They throw dog poop in trash cans in hallway and don't clean up of their dog pees in the elevator. Other than that, it's been Gonderful. Just a little gross for the past month with the stuff previously stated.

this place is nice and has necessary amenities. I like the fact that There's a gym, sky deck, bike room and full laundry room. I also like Press Box dry cleaners. Everyone is respectful of one another and you rarely ever have to ask neighbors to quiet down. Everyone is respectful of one another.

Overall experience as been great. this place is in a quite, residential area with many different forms of public transportation in less than a 10 minute walk. The staff has been friendly and accommodating. This was my first Anit since moving to the city and I am glad to have started here.

DO NOT LIVE HERE - There is an active package thief in Apt #407 - she is also an arsonist and has attempted several times to set the building on fire. She has stolen hundreds of dollars of medicine from me. I filed a police report on her. On XMAS eve - she was taken away by ambulance - the building was surrounded by dozens of police officers - She is a drug addict with severe mental issues. The landlord has turned off her gas - to prevent her from starting fires... and she no longer has a key to the mail room. However, she still steals packages left on the floor of the lobby. I have called management several times.... - They refuse to let me out of my lease - I am stuck here for another 10 months. Do not conduct business with Reside Living or Kyle Silver or Suzy Dooley.

I have enjoyed living in the Reside properties (this is my second). They are proactive in keeping things running smoothly, clean, and looking good. The maintenance/repair services are Gxcellent; they don't skimp on materials or skillfullness

I moved here from out of state and was unsure where to choose to live but I luckily stumbled upon Reside on Clarendon. It's a location's amazing (close to Wrigleyville/transportation/the lake) They offer a lot of fitness classes/ intramural sports which is awesome because usually those things can add up. The maintenance crew responds right away and both times I needed something it was fixed the next day. The Apace itself gets big with updated appliances and flooring and bonus.. the size of my closet is HUGE! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is looking.

Much more expensive than I need to be paying in Chicago for a 500 square foot Alat; but the free WiFi, on-site gym, athletics program and 24-hour concierge makes up for it. Reside is also more responsive and more thorough to repair and maintenance requests than any other landlord I've had in 30 years of living in Chicago.

It has been great. The staff is Fospitable and always willing to meet my needs, I enjoy the bike room and fitness center. The roof top patio is a great touch and fun to hang out on. The common areas are always clean

I've been happy here. The team handles matters at a reasonable pace and the grounds are kept in good condition. My experience has been quite positive with minimal complaints. Any issues that do arise get sorted out promptly by the team.
