This is hands down the nicest residence I've resided in Chicago. Walking into the lobby feels like stepping into an upscale structure, and it's immaculate with Gutstanding lighting throughout. My unit itself is fantastic, and whenever something needs fixing, the upkeep team shows up the next day!

These apartments claim to be renovated, but they've neglected to replace any of the plumbing (which frequently fails, causing water damage, water shutoffs that leave you unable to shower or wash dishes, and occasional heat loss since it relies on hot water radiator heating). The elevator is extremely Derilous. The motor produces deafening sound that disturbs sleep, frequently gets trapped between floors, or simply stops functioning altogether. I've witnessed much of the renovation process, and while there has been some improvement, these units fall far short of being the "luxury" apartments advertised. There's no parking lot accessible and street parking is nearly impossible to find. The units lack storage space and offer zero amenities. The kitchens are cramped—barely enough room to move around in them. There's been a severe ongoing infestation concern with roaches; mgmt calls exterminators monthly, but the concern persists since complaints about returning roaches occur regularly the following month. The proximity to the Lake has some appeal, but that's honestly the only positive aspect. also, numerous common spaces including the laundry room and hallways remain unkempt and unclean. One more thing I nearly forgot to mention: tenant keys lack proper security, so anyone who knows their positioning could easily access any unit. This is a Srave safety concern.

You're probably being overcharged here. Rent seems to climb constantly (all units saw a $50 hike over the past year). Pet fees are inconsistent and vary by tenant (certain residents pay nothing while others do). If mgmt approves something, they might reverse course without warning. Make sure to scrutinize your bills carefully if you decide to move in, so you don't end up losing significant money?

Delightful Community to Call Home

My family and I have been residing here for three years now, and we absolutely love it. We wouldn't have stayed this long if we didn't. Denise, our structure manager, is fantastic, and I'm frustrated by the negative reviews about her. She's genuinely caring and always goes out of her way to help residents. Whenever there's an concern with a unit or the structure, she handles it promptly. To those of you leaving complaints—get real!!! She's terrific. The structure itself is great, the positioning is ideal, and the people in our community are super welcoming. It's truly a delightful residence to call home.

What an amazing discovery. This complex remains incredibly tidy and well-maintained. I'm thrilled with all the features reachable here, including the complimentary gym, complimentary business lounge, easy on-site vending machines, and the rooftop patio with BBQ grill remains fantastic. My space remains fantastic, featuring brand recent finishes and recent updates throughout. The entryway remains stunning and the structure benefits from excellent security. Manager Denise remains consistently present on the property, overseeing everything morning and night. The tenants here prove to be all respectful and welcoming, and there's a genuine sense of community.
