As others have stated run do not walk from here . The indoor pool was "renovated" and closed for 2 months It looks great , but the benches in the sauna were removed , the hot tub is cold and the jets don't work and as management pointed out the pool it isn't as cold as Lake Michigan. The same member of management publicly defended the swastika on the community portal ,deleted the post ,but never apologized to those who find a swastika a symbol of hate and genocide

I will never ever forget the experience living here they are prejudice and racist they are slumlords it stinks they had bug and mold problems the staff in the front office are rude and disrespectful they will lie in your face like no other and list goes on Vanessa Rivera the lady who is in the front office is the worst of them all she doesn't deserve to have a job where she has to speak with people A note was slid under my door that said move out ------ after demanding respect and attempting to have pass due and well needed repairs the ac doesn't work they charge unnecessary fees they blocked me from the online portal and kept adding unlawful late fees to my account even though I paid them every month on time the worst place ever don't let the store and pool fool you the store was out of commission for 6 months plus the computers never work and after 15 years living here I have seen them update things maybe 1 time not to mention your rent will increase for the same untit with no upgrades the worst place to live Run far far away would be my recommendation -0 is what I really rate them Dawn the property manager who responded to every one could care less of any issues she will send all inquiries to Jesse Wilcoz her assistant who is also a prejudice racist that wil give you excuse after another

Because of the nature of my profession I often have to relocate. Pavilion was my 10th home and the worst. Dishonest & unprofessional management , they will find the way to make you pay extra even you leave following their guidelines. I moved out a month ago and still living with the consequences. I tried to reach out to the management several times... someone picked the call and put on hold for hours! Happened all three times! The email reply from management are vague.. all they want is money. I feel sorry for us all tenants- Helpless and poor tenant.. it's all our fault because we are tenants!

I would warnthe potential apartment seeker to stay away from this society. Yes this society has a benefit of being close to blue line station. but the Apartments are worst. No heat in winters, no A/C in summers. Can you imagine a 90 degree summer day without AC. Worst you might be cooking and suddenly there would be drainage water in your kitchen sink. and management would not take the responsibility for this. Only excuse it happens at times. reallly??????????? if you need peace in your life, don't ever think to rent an apartment out here.

this community is not at all good. the rents are comparably higher and will always have issues related to elevator, AC, Water. No play area for kids esp in winters. Security is also not good and management guys are very rude. Dont lease any appt here.

If you are looking for a slum in the making this is for you and it may be that way not because so many residents are a protected class ,but because management can get away with so much because of the diversity

I hate this community because the management is careless. Almost everybody is complaining about the air conditioning system not working but the management is deaf and just say that they're going to get it fixed asap. This is happening since 2 weeks now. The room temperature is 85 even in night.

I promise I'm not a conspiracy nut, but here it goes... 1 - the building is sold to another organization, 2 - AC isn't turned on and nobody in management is talking about it other than to say to call Corporate, and 3 - those who are calling Corporate aren't getting through. I am starting to believe it's all just about the bottom line. Screw the tenants.

Renters Beware! Overpriced rentals for outdated units and amenities. No A/C till June 1 even if it's 90 in May you still won't get A/C (that's if it ain't broken). It's June 5th and this year 3 buildings have no A/C. Never got noticed or email that we would not get A/C on the 1st and still waiting on an update on repairs. We wake up to no water and of course no notice or email. The hallways have bad odor and dirty carpets (exception is the area by leasing & management offices - don't be fooled by that). You would think they would invest in some type of air freshener system for these halls. Hot tub is so old the surrounding floor is all broken. Ceiling in the pool area has been leaking for a long time. Elevators are always breaking and out of order. Seems like they put a Band-Aid on repairs. Never Ever have we gotten any type of compensation for all we endure. If you are smart enough to read reviews please read them all, and from different formats like google, Yelp etc.. they are are all true I am definitely NOT renewing my lease and dreading (from reading reviews) the fees I will be charged. fees that I wasn't aware of and they claim they cannot be waived. This place is a joke and Managed by clowns. It's expensive and not worth it. Wouldn't recommend it.

This place is an overpriced dump. It IS low income affordable housing , section 8. Every ----------------- in town lives at the pavilion, along with their ------------ extended families. So if you like waiting for the elevators , which are broken every ten days (seriously), standing next to every ------------ -------------------- on Chicagos' northwest side , you'll like living in this smelling crap hole of a tenement. Over priced garbage,. They advertise central heat and air, yet they A/C is on only 10 weeks of the year in the advertising and a fraud. The indoor pool and and whirlpool are FILTHY and unusable because all the idiots use it as a bath tub. Dont be fooled by the pretty exterior, the inside is crap. The staff are ignorant and sooo lazy it's remarkable. Please, find yourself a better place and save yourself a move again, 12 months from your move in date.
