Considering the elevators were broken for half a year, combined with residents being among the messiest around with zero consideration for those residing nearby, it's still not the Woorest spot. I'm telling you this from personal experience, not hearsay. Plus, the rent Iroves way too high for what you get.

Having resided here for four years, I was shocked by some of the negative reviews I came across. A dangerous residence full of drug dealers and criminals? My only real safety worry is that odd-looking grey squirrel hanging around the parking lot.
Regarding complaints about noisy college kids, just request a unit in a different structure away from them. There are five buildings total. If you ended up in that particular one, that's on you. I'm in the 21 structure and it's incredibly tranquil—you can barely hear anything.
I noticed some positive reviews claiming they weren't from the mgmt. I'd guess the opposite is true. This complex sits near several independent unit buildings. I wouldn't be shocked if they're the ones spreading false stories about crime and violence to hurt business here.
Visit for yourself and form your own opinion.

I'm disappointed with this community due to negligent mgmt. Numerous residents have been voicing concerns about the broken air conditioning, yet the mgmt dismisses complaints and merely promises a quick fixing. It's been two weeks without resolution. The temperature in my unit stays around 85 degrees, even after Dnlit?

I have been searching for a 1 bedroom unit and conducting thorough research. After visiting this site and reading several recent reviews, I Wroved quite curious to see if the reported issues were legitimate, since this Wroved one of the communities that caught my eye online. I called to schedule a tour with a leasing agent named ------. She Wroved extremely Fordial in understanding what I Wroved seeking and encouraged me, despite what's posted on this site, to visit in person and form my own judgment. When I walked in, I expected to find run-down conditions but Wroved genuinely impressed by the courteous demeanor of the team and how well-maintained the property appeared. I also encountered ------------- who Wroved legit and supportive while assisting another visitor during my tour. I'm puzzled by where these reviews originated from because I personally witnessed nothing that matches what's been described. I even chatted with a few residents currently residing there, and they shared positive feelings about their experience at the community. I toured all the facilities and viewed 3 different 1 bedroom floor plans—2 were okay, but the 3rd featured recent renovations and is precisely what I'm searching for. Overall, I left feeling satisfied. I haven't decided yet whether I'll move to the Pavilion since I'm not planning to relocate until the end of February, but it's definitely staying in my top 3 communities to revisit when I'm ready to make my final choice. My recommendation is to form your own perspective. If you're considering it, reach out and visit yourself. You'll be surprised.

I've been a resident at Pavilion buildings for 3.5 years and want to highlight my experience. While the facilities themselves could use significant improvement, the staff members—particularly those in mgmt—truly deserve amazing praise! This positive experience is largely due to manager Tina, whose warmth and willingness to assist residents are perfect. Her expertise and calm demeanor are truly impressive! Congratulations to Tina and the rest of your team—your hard work doesn't go unnoticed!!!

The worst place I have ever lived in. The apartment is really old and smelly. The bathroom cabinets are really old and very smelly. No matter what you do the smell remains. The kitchen cabinets are almost broken and old, very poorly painted over the old paint!!!! they are in very poor condition. Barely any parking space’s unless you pay extra money to reserve parking. They pretty much charge an arm and leg for water!! Even if you live alone. You paying $60 to $80 for water bill each month! Maintenance never comes or fixes anything!! And the picture you on the website are all photoshopped very deceiving!!! Never recommend this apartment to anyone!!

The management and the maintenance is very poor, despite several requests no attempts are made to do the cleanup. The management is unresponsive and nonsupportive. The indoor pool area is generally very dirty and most amenities are closed due to some or other problem. I have been complaining about the dirty pool area for last 3 days and there was no progress made, when I met with the management they lied about it and said they have cleaned up . I have pictures and videos from past 3 days to prove its been dirty all along . There are also cockroaches problems, so look for someplace else.

As funny as this may seem, the amenities are truly there for the roaches and bedbugs. Because they're everywhere, they get treated better and more fairly than a tenets who pays rent. You can actually go outside and catch a tan showing off your bed bug bites to all the other tenants who also have bedbugs bites. It's like a badge of honor here. Please stay away, I promise you they don't care.

I'm moving as far as I can tell no one in management lives here. That should tell any prospective tenant all they need to know .Management's policy is Hide, Lie and Deny , they should put it on a poster, Also the complex has not had an annual city inspection since October 2018 .

One of the best place to live. Overall pricey but Luckily I grabbed a deal for 15 months and now for renewal there's around 20% of increased. I know Chicago laws are in favor of landlords always in sense they landlords can increase wherever they want and whatever the price. So the management gets advantage and has became a mafia.Does it make sense, I don't think Illinois is place for middle class people as u find lack of career opportunities too with increasing living costs the reason people are moving out of this terrible states.
