Please don't move in this building. I just moved out after a year. I had a most horrible experience. Noises and vibration from the apt above me was hell. this place is filled with immature people. with zero sense of courtesy. They will put their smelly garbage bag by theirs door because they are lazy sending them outside. They will steal your packages.. my upstair neighbor will bring his buddies and just make bunch of noises. The only good experience I had while in that building is Mr. Ruth Hamilton at the mgmt office. You really tried to resolve the concerns but neighbor where just to immature and inconsiderate.
