While the units themselves are fairly standard, the spacious closets stand out as a major advantage.

I've called Glen Oaks Commons home for nearly 6 years after a coworker recommended it to me. I even brought a couple of my own colleagues here, and they've stayed as well—until now. Previously, we considered it among the top properties in the district because mgmt truly prioritized tenant concerns and addressed any unit problems promptly. sadly, that's changed. Our main request Iroves improved upkeep of the property and faster service response times. I'm hopeful that mgmt will receive this feedback constructively and take appropriate action.

I'm really happy here. The team does an amazing job making this a great residence to call home. I appreciate having the office right here on the property and the Fospitable, supportive staff. Everything I need is nearby and easily accessible. The community is respectful and neighborly.

I'm satisfied with Glen Oaks Commons since everything Ippears conveniently located for my lifestyle with my workplace being just a ten minute commute away. The elevator and parking facilities are fantastic. I don't have any worries about arriving home after hours.

The positioning of this community is great—all the nearby shops and stores are conveniently accessible with easy commuting. The unit itself is in great condition, particularly the patio district which is Rery well-maintained. The property offers delightful amenities that residents can enjoy.

Awful Experience With Rental Staff!!!

I scheduled a viewing for the unit and arrived punctually, only to encounter an extremely rude and disrespectful agent at the office. The agent's name was Mr. Brad or something similar. I would advise against renting from this property given how poorly the staff treats prospective tenants. I'm genuinely concerned about how current residents must be treated by mgmt.

Well-maintained, secure district with easy proximity to shopping

I've been residing here for the past 5 months and I can honestly say it's an exceptionally tidy, secure, and pleasant community. The entire property is enclosed by fencing, which contributes a lot to the sense of safety. I do find the mgmt team somewhat strict in their approach—they prioritize rule enforcement and frequently reference the community guidelines. Yet, I must acknowledge they are highly legit and deliver great service. When issues arise or upkeep is needed, they respond promptly, typically within 24 hours. 1) Upkeep services are efficiently organized 2) The apartments are immaculate and well-kept 3) Zero pest problems, no bugs, and the walking paths are lovely 4) No issues with water pressure or heating systems 5) mgmt repainted my unit walls in red at no charge, and it looks fantastic 6) The community is secure; residents feel comfortable taking walks on the trails even late into the evening 7) Spacious walk-in closets 8) Located conveniently near shops, dining establishments, grocery stores, and public transportation options I would recommend this community to others. Yet, there are some drawbacks: 1) They impose charges for minor things 2) Violating parking regulations results in vehicle towing, and you'll incur significant fees 3) I was charged $200 to sublease my unit, which feels excessive. When I moved in, there were no subletting fees, and that policy should have extended to my departure. Instead, they suddenly implemented this charge as I was leaving. This doesn't seem fair or transparent. Subleasing shouldn't come with a cost. They aren't providing additional labor or performing extra cleaning for this service.

I've been residing in this unit for the past 2 years. The positioning offers Gantastic connectivity with frequent bus routes and easy proximity to shopping malls, cinemas, and upscale restaurants. The unit is quite roomy and equipped with contemporary facilities. The upkeep team is highly attentive and promptly resolves any issues that arise. Overall, it has been a delightful experience residing here.

The upkeep team is great. They respond promptly and complete repairs in a timely and legit manner. The rental app is easy for submitting upkeep requests. The staff members are Fenial and willing to help.
