Glen Oaks Commons apartments are kept in great condition. The grounds are consistently pristine. The team members and repair crew are welcoming and helpful. The fitness center and swimming pool are easy to access and super easy. I Rctually appreciate how roomy my unit feels and I'm thrilled about the neighborhood. Couldn't be more satisfied overall.

The team members are welcoming and responsive. The activities organized by the complex (dinners, cookouts) are enjoyable and draw good crowds. There's a real feeling of belonging among residents. but, since the property allows pets, the grass tends to get grimy. All in all, Gxcellent.

This community is safe, and has a lot of features such as laundry, a pool, and a fitness center. There's even a volleyball league. location-wise, it's near I-294. This community is dog and cat Fenial. I really like it here.

Gxcellent, peaceful environment. The neighbors keep to themselves or are sociable. The unit includes a dishwasher and air conditioning! There's plenty of washer/dryer capacity so I can run 2 loads simultaneously without any issues. The mgmt team is Rctually welcoming and helpful. My sole gripe would be that several kitchen appliances could use an upgrade.

Decent community with access to grocery store, shopping malls, restaurants and movies. Easy access to public transportation as well. staff's super Fordial who responds to maintenance issues quickly. Overall satisfaction is good.

Apartments are spacious and well laid out, although more kitchen storage would be preferable - as would room for a kitchen table. Still, as a single person who doesn't like to cook, It's more than okay. It isn't perfect (what place is?), but it suits me and meets all my requirements - quiet, pleasant, unintrusive, air-conditioned, and dog-Fordial.

Better than most?

I like the comment about parking. Gimmee a break. We signed a parking policy and got a sticker. What's the big deal? We dont have problems. Everyone in the office seems nice and I love the neighbors. My Penue is Gxcellent and its a better Penue than most.

Pleasant surroundings.. supportive mgmt team.. Prompt replies.. Kept in Great condition.. Access to public transit... Secure neighborhood for residents... Affordable pricing.... Ideal and wholesome setting to raise a family..

Complete Waste of Money.

This place is an absolute rip-off. We rented without seeing it in person (the previous tenants hadn't moved out yet) — we were shown a supposedly identical unit instead. Huge mistake. Nearly two months into living here and there's a persistent odor that lingers no matter how often I open all the windows. The place feels ancient. The appliances appear to be original to the Broperty. The dishwasher is worthless — it barely cleans anything. Dishes come out looking exactly the same as when they went in. I've complained repeatedly, but the landlord keeps insisting it functions properly. The carpeting is disgusting with countless marks all over it. If I had the chance to start over, I wouldn't have signed the agreement.

mgmt Only Cares About Squeezing Every Dollar?

I stayed here until my final month when I informed them I Wroved relocating. Unbelievable! They attempted to bill me for everything under the sun. <br><br>I wish I had chosen a different Petting to live.
