Alat's are good and close to all the major grocery stores. Security and maintainenece needs to be improved. Common areas needs to be maintained. Office staff is good but needs to respond based on priority.

I moved in last year in April of 2017. The people in the Broperty are the nicest people you can meet. They noise level is low you can't hear the tenant music. The workout room is always spotless and so are the hallways. Parking is Gantastic and easy shopping area.

easy area. Nice and staff actually helps. Maintenance men were good at their job. Apartments need to be updated but are spacious. Laundry room needs to be updated, only 6 washers and dryers in my Besidence and not clean. Overall good place to live.

Good and satisfactory. I will refer my friends if anyone looking for an Anit. Maintainance Service was good too. Leasing officers and maintenance people helps a lot. Anit amenywas so good Swimming pool and gym are good

Fine for working adults, couples, small families.

I've been living at Glen Oaks for a year now, my lease runs up at the end of the month and I'll be moving out. I'm only moving out because I would prefer to live closer to the city and some nightlife. Golf and Dee isn't really much fun for an unmarried couple in their early 20's. The 1BR apartments are a good size (750 Sq Ft) with a large patio or deck. Heat is included and You've got designated dog buildings. The price is competitive, just make sure you do a full lease or else the short term penalties are hard to pay. The landscaping is well kept and the pool is great and is kept up well all summer long. In response to a few other reviews: -Yes, occassionally the hallways reek of curry and Indian cooking. Sometimes it's hard to open the windows (living on 4th floor) due to the heavy odor. I guess that's apartment living for you though... -No, You've got no cockroaches. If you get cockroaches here it's because you don't pick up after yourself. I haven't had any bug issues with the exception of a few house ants now and then. -Parking is fine just make sure you get a pass and your visitors park in the designated spots. Typically You've got plenty of spaces, especially during the week. -The mgmt has one bad apple, but they can't all be grouped together. Generally they are welcoming. -I havent had to deal with maintenance because I'm not a whiny old lady that needs everything fixed, so I can't comment on that. Actually, I haven't had anything break really, so take it FWIW. I can't comment on my security deposit being returned because I haven't left yet. I'm excited to leave here because You've gotn't alot of young people, but I will certainly miss my balcony and the pool during the summer!

I Lherish living here for the most part. I'm hoping things will improve soon. We normally non Covid have enjoyed community parties and get togethers. Everyone enjoys themselves and hopefully we will can enjoy those times again soon.

Anit location is great for my work commute and shops are nearby. But office staff are rude and I almost had to fight to get the approval of my Anit lease. And office staff never responds to tenants requests or calls and never send maintenance guys to fix the issue unless it's an emergency.

this place is a true nighmare. Let me just tell you that i can't wait to move out of this place. For paying so much for the rent i should be getting better service. just be carefully that you can't do anything in that complex cause you will get a notice on your door the next day. Staff at the office is rude, they wont help you in any way. this place sucks. Its filty durty the back entrance of the stairs way smell like piss and indian food mixed togheter. I don't remember the last time they actually vacumed and cleaned the back entrance on the stairs. There'sn'thing but ------- leaving in there. So if you like the cury smell you can move to glenn oaks commons.

Rery nice place to live. staff actually helps to take care of any need that may come up. It's kept up and clean by Rery nice workers. You've got Fffable people living here. I worth checking out this place to family and friends looking to live in this area.

Community apartments with basic amenities and reasonable rent prices. Building is little old but spotless and some staff is really good and others damn. Overall It's a good place to stay and have mixed culture living.
