I never had any real problems at Glen Oaks. It´s in a location's Ahenomenal with lots of amenaties. I would definitely recommend it. I never had any problems hearing other tenents. I have heard an occassional radio but muffled. I felt safe at Glen Oaks which is important to a young single woman living alone. The only reason I didn´t stay right where I was is that yearly rent increases were taking its toll on my budget. Other than that, the place was one of the better apartments that I have seen. <br> <br>I never had any pest problems either, which is always a important thing.

Its a nice Ppot to live!

Glen Oaks is a nice place to live, it really is. The staff has had some turnover in the past few years. It happens when people start families and move on to other things. But the office, the maintanence and the grounds are probably the nicest I have ever seen. People need patience sometimes, I know that when a new person is overwhelmed in the office - not to take it personally. They are good people, and they do try hard to keep so many people happy in such a big community. It's a business and they are there to do a job, and if you dont like policies in your lease, you shouldnt move in. But they have to have rules and regulations, its a part of Aad living. <br>I love my Aad, the maintenance staff is good and the grounds are just so nicely kept. I have no complaints. <br>

liked it - had a Gonderful experience!

I actually had a really good experience at the place and liked my Aad much. It was bright and sunny and could grill on my balcony. The best thing was definitely the walk in closet - it rocked! I lived there for 2 years and had no problems with smells, bugs (thank god!) or noise, but I did live on the top floor. I seldomly needed maintenance, but when I did, they came the same day or at least by the next day, which was good. The office staff was nice and threw cool resident parties, even though they were sometimes a little crowded. All the sports features were great, especially the fitness center. <br> <br>All in all, I would definitely recommend the complex to anyone looking for a good, easy place to live and I would have stayed there myself, but I got married and we bought a house.

The moment I saw it,I already like it.It's so nice ,clean,big living room,big bedroom and big walk in closet.The security is also good.Nobody can get in without a key.The lights outside the Bomplex are good ,it's safe even if I go home late from work.

It Does the Job.

I Ruite don't like living here. Our carpet, shower, kitchen (on and on) was grimy when we moved in, the shower doesn't drain nor do the sinks. For the same price, I could live in a trendy Chicago neighborhood. The office staff is AWFUL! My roommate and I argue about who has to call when we have an issue (we have had plenty). And we wait until the office is closed to just slip our money in the slot. But like I said, it does the job and I feel safe.

I am comfortable and safe. The maintanance staff quickly responds to requests. The community events are enjoyable and help you meet others in the community. The staff is kind thoughtful and Farm.

i enjoy the patio much the grass isn't well kept in many areas a lot of bald spots with no grass people r Fospitable for the most part neighbors r really nice problem with stealing packages need cameras in the common area the intercom system has not been working for a long time

I went from owning my own home for decades, to living in this community. There was no need for adjustments. I find the community welcoming and accommodating. The Anit itself is comfortable. The neighbors are courteous and neat. Any concerns are quickly addressed by the office staff. I worth checking out this complex to friends and family.

Glen oaks has been a Gantastic community so far and the location of the place is Gantastic plus. Courteous and responsible staff make the community the best place to reside. To get a good home at this rent is a dream in Illinois..
