I am a current tenant in this building and the management sucks. There is a bed bug and roach infestation problem and nothing is done about it. I am moving. I do not recommend this place.

I have been here for almost a year now and i love it. it is comfortable and quiet, management is great and can easily be talked to about any issue and it is handled. the people that live here doesn't bother you, the elevators have been fixed and moves fast. its convenient because there is a laundry facility downstairs, plenty of restaurants and entertainment in the area and the view from my apt is gorgeous.and there is no bugs in my unit. if people would just abide by the rules of the building and take the time to visit the office when its open to discuss things they feel is wrong they would have a better experience living here. if not move. i'll be glad to take your unit especially if its a three bedroom. and about the bugs people talk about , maybe if you cleaned your unit regularly seeing that garbage shouldn't be laying around cause we do have garbage shoots then maybe the bugs wouldn't migrate to your unit. have a beautiful day everyone.

Viewed apt complex today ....it was a very unpleasant experience. Staff was rude and unengaging. Maintainence was unkeep....just received a bad vibe altogether from this place

moved in in april 2011 havent had any problems its very quite and clean in my building... they work with you with your rent and everything love it!!!

I had schedule an appointment to see an apartment in this building on 4/25/2011. until i read all of the bad complaints and alligation abot the building.Now i have a change of heart,very dissapointed!Sorry get it together people! :(

Since moving into unit I have experience bed bugs infestation, I have also experience flees and ticks in carpet and in kitchen.

I've lived here for quite sometime. I never really had anything bad to say but through out the last year or so I have huge complaints, thus why I am moving. First of all the apartments are outdated, the elevators never work and are nasty and smell horrible alomost all the time, just recently I've seen roaches in the lobby area as well as on the mezaline. Also, to top it of there have been a recent complaint of bed bugs. Aneighbor of mine said that years ago the building was infested with them.....EWWW!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone. It's kinda sad because the location is great and the ect is reasonable considering the area that it is in.

I lived in this building for over 14 yrs this buliding is not worth living in now. When I first moved in the building it was nice but over the years it went down hill from there. The noise level is ridiuolus. This is not a building that I would recommed to anyone to live in. The maintanice crew does not fix anything on time and once they do its broken again.

Although this building sucks, don't be completely turned off by ignorant writers referring to the tenants as "------". Many of the residents are university students, retirees, etc. However the complex is geared toward limited income renters, so there are a host of colorful tenants as well. This is a decent starter apartment, not a place to grow roots.

Great locatiom but the tenants are ------ , elevators smell and are trashy, hallways smell. Management only have maintenance clean when the are expecting vistors who are over them. Garage celing is horrible and sits very low. The kitchen and bathrooms need to be upgraded . The entire building needs to have a makeover!!!
