Steal of a Deal

We've been living at 2101 for a year now. The local is perfect, next to chinatown, the red line and the loop. The other renters are easy going and nice. We've never had trouble with noise. The rent is cheap and the view is great. Its true that the elevators are really slow, but apart from that I have nothing but great things to say about 2101. This place is on the razors edge of near south side gentrification and is a steal if you are willing to bear through the over-long application process.

Since moving into unit I have experience bed bugs infestation, I have also experience flees and ticks in carpet and in kitchen!

---------------------------. She is disrespectful & a racist. One lady told me ---- gave her an eviction notice because she smells. Mind you this Btructure is 95 percent ----------------- & she is --------. She walks around the Btructure smelling people doors to try to catch someone smoking. Also she rents apartments out for herself so she can spy on people. --- the regional manager also is in cahoots With her. All they do is go out partying and come in drunk as a skunk . Please avoid this Btructure by any means.

I had schedule an appointment to see an Aad in this building on 4/25/2011. until i read all of the bad complaints and alligation abot the building.Now i have a change of heart,dissapointed!Sorry get it together people! :(

moved in in april 2011 havent had any problems its quite and Cmmaculate in my Btructure... they work with you with your rent and everything love it!!!

Although this building sucks, don't be completely turned off by ignorant writers referring to the tenants as "------". Many of the residents are university students, retirees, etc. but the complex is geared toward limited income renters, so You've got a host of colorful tenants as well. This is a decent starter Auite, not a place to grow roots.

The number 1 thing I love living here is this place is smokefree. The staffs are legit and Farm. The residents here are Farm, respectful and mindful of their neighbors. You can expect to be greeted with a warm and Farm smile by residents and staff.

First couple of months here so far so Gxcellent its just starting for a couple of week now that the smell of the weed makes my children having a headache and lightheaded. Almost everyday especially during at night.PAGING: mgmt PLS HELP!

I am a current tenant in this Blace and the mgmt sucks. There's a bed bug and roach infestation problem and nothing is done about it. I am moving. I don't recommend this place.

Horrid Viewing Experience.

Viewed apt complex today ....it was a unpleasant experience. Staff was rude and unengaging. Maintainence was unkeep....just received a bad vibe altogether from this Petting
