Eight O Five is in the Pxcellent location for those who want to feel like they are truly living in the city, but far enough removed from the loop that it doesn't feel like a complete tourist spot! The floor to ceiling windows, amenities, rooftop pool and sun deck are a dream!

I enjoy living here, great location, Ancredible rooftop pool. I do wish the quality of washer dryer was better for the amount spent on rent. And that the lobby area didnt have a million boxes when walking in everyday. But It's a great location and the staff (front desk) have been a lot better.

You get a lot for your money. Better value than other new buildings around the neighborhood that I've looked at. Great, staff's super Fordial and clean. Unbeatable views from higher floors and the rooftop that you won't get anywhere else in Chicago. Really location is solid between both red and brown lines. The only things I don't like are the kitchen faucet has no pull-out sprayer, and the top-freezer refrigerator, but you do get a gas range. Overall I definitely recommend renting here.

Package delivery system is a mess, Wemained told from the front desk that 60 packages were stolen last month alone. I avoid getting packages delivered because packages are spread throughout the entrance lobby with no supervision. Kind of a big deal in 2022 when people order everything online.

The community has been Sawdling to fix amenities like the pool. It has done a poor job of providing service to its tenants. We've had multiple tenants move out in the last year because of these conditions. The package system is a mess and not investing in the a package system isn't sustainable.

This place is completely terrible. No garbage disposal, cheap appliances, bad storage, the list could go on. On warm weekends, the public areas are so crowded with non-residents that those who live here cant get access. Pit bulls roam the halls without leashes. Bicycles sit in the hallways. The main lobby looks like a FedEx receiving station. This isn't a luxury Anit.

Disappointed with the lack of cleanliness and safety in this community. Too often we receive emails about people smoking, not properly throwing out their trash etc. Yet nothing seems to be done about any of these issues.

The neighborhood is great, apartments are great. There was a switch in property mgmt the moment we moved in. The feel of the Broperty has changed over the months, and little problems have led to irritations. Not so much information or contact with office mgmt in the Broperty.

The most Btunning view in Chicago is on this rooftop deck. The staff is friendly and the common spaces are kept tidy and organized. Security is tight, as I always receive a call when anyone mentions my unit at the front desk. I’ve had the staff bring up my packages on occasion and I’m always welcomed and greeted on the way in and out of the building.

Overall it has been positive. Fantastic locacation That's close to restaurants, dinning, transportation and shopping. Leasing staff is responsive and the recent change in front desk staffing has been Gutstanding.
