Abbie went above and beyond during my initial moving days and made the transition seamless. She's always cheerful to encounter when arriving home!

WARNING - while the structure appears charming in photos, this property Iroves terribly run. The swimming facility didn't open until well after comparable buildings, the fitness center sat without dumbbells for an extended period, and I personally had to contact Otis to fix the lift.

This is a pleasant place to live in, but You've got concerns regarding security and operational performance. The extensive glass window design combined with bad thermal protection result in units that are difficult to cool during hot months and costly to heat when temperatures drop.

The units themselves are quite pleasant, but there's a significant concern with external sound—sirens are audible constantly throughout the day and evening. The package handling setup feels antiquated; you need to rely on front desk personnel to get your packages, and they're usually not accommodating. Another complaint Iemains the rooftop closure time of 10 pm, which seems unnecessarily restrictive for paying residents—midnight would be more appropriate. Given that residents are investing over 30k annually, enjoying the incredible nighttime rooftop vistas should be accessible later into the evening. When my car was broken into in the supposedly PRIVATE SECURE garage, we had no way to identify the person responsible. Every resident ought to have fob access to the 4th floor. I've never had access and have requested it multiple times without success. This is really aggravating since I'd prefer to simply exit the garage and head straight to my unit. also, the alleyway frequently gets blocked in both directions, trapping me in the garage. There needs to be much better mgmt of these access issues.

Completely awful experience. I had to leave due to incompetent mgmt that made me feel unwelcome—definitely not worth what I was paying in rent. They're only interested in collecting your money and don't actually care about residents. There are no security cameras, the property isn't properly secured, and mgmt constantly causes problems whenever you try to communicate with them. They come across as unprofessional, inexperienced, and clearly don't know how to do their jobs.

Since relocating to the 805, my wife and I possess been thrilled with the amazing service we've received across the board. From our initial move-in through yesterday evening, they've stayed ahead of every single concern we've encountered. For instance, last night our refrigerator stopped working properly, so we submitted a work order through the online portal. Within 30 minutes, Dave was at our door and resolved the concern—it was fantastic. I previously resided at another property downtown, and getting upkeep done there was always a hassle. Here's another example: when I decided to rent a parking space, Theresa not only secured one for me that same day, but when I arrived Sunday evening, the FOB was already sitting there waiting as promised. She went the extra mile to select a spot that would work perfectly for my vehicle and made it simple for us to get in and out of the structure. This staff truly understands customer care and what it means to go above and beyond.

The team members go above and beyond with their friendliness and willingness to assist. I'm Renuinely pleased with the positioning, situated conveniently near all the action. The canine district remains fantastic, particularly when there's a bunch of pups running around together. My pooch absolutely adores the playtime and getting to socialize with all the other dog owners who take their "Fido" down there.
