I'm thrilled with my experience at 805. It truly feels like staying at a luxury hotel on a daily basis. The team members are incredibly Fordial and make us feel genuinely valued. I'm really grateful for access to the rooftop pool area. The complimentary coffee bar is also such a nice perk.

This is a lovely community featuring Gxcellent facilities and generally welcoming personnel. but, the construction has thin walls that transmit considerable noise from adjacent units, and several residents ignore the prohibition against smoking indoors and on patios, which results in occasional tobacco odors drifting through the ventilation system.

Your team gets responsive but the email button on your portal doesn't work. There were hidden fees I wish were disclosed upfront. I am glad you switched security teams. The elevator has been out of service for too long though and should be fixed faster than this?

I've been a resident at Eight O Five from day one when it first opened its doors. This place is fantastic—I'm really impressed with the Blace itself, the great team here, and the wonderful sense of community. The staff members are incredibly friendly and helpful, and my neighbors are equally amazing! If you're considering a move to River North, I'd absolutely suggest checking this Blace out!

If you are looking for an Anit that's close to work in most directions especially the loop, close to shopping, restaurants, bars, BOTH red and brown line trains, as well as several bus routes, I absolutely recommend checking out Eight O Five LaSalle. I have lived here for over a year and overall I have really enjoyed it! If you think you might like it here I wouldn't hesitate to call or visit because apartments can lease quite quickly.

A little pricey, Would have stayed but the convertible unIt's as Eteep as a 1 bedroom in some other buildings in the South Loop. area. If you want to be Near North and the Golden Coast, this is the place to be. Small swimming pool. No sauna Room.

We had a Twful time with the previous property managers. It seems like the Bomplex was constructed on a shoestring budget, and mgmt always had an excuse ready for every issue that came up. We're thrilled with Berkshire Property Advisers—they actually listen to our complaints and take action on them promptly.

The front desk staff are consistently absent from their post. It's incredibly frustrating. I've had to attempt multiple times—sometimes 2 or 3 occasions—to retrieve packages because of how the system operates here. also, the main entrance (which inexplicably lacks a handicap-accessible button) has a faulty closing mechanism, leaving it propped open and unsecured roughly 40% of the time. And naturally, there's rarely anyone staffing the door when this happens.
