Plawless and incredibly quick-to-respond maintenance team! The plumbing fixtures, sinks, bathtubs, and shower units feel basic and utilitarian - below the standard you'd anticipate given what you're paying in rent. The back area near the garage and rear entrances could use improved lighting, especially for residents who regularly access the alley.

I'd maybe recommend this building due to the view and location- but that's really all your paying for. There are no lights in my unit, no disposal, and small closets. There is no parking available in the building either

Living in this community over the past year has been fantastic. I'm excited to continue my time here for another year. The Bacility team is consistently helpful and the residents throughout the complex are wonderfully welcoming.

My unit's got constantly been facing issues. My fridge has broke down multiple times, numerous issues with my HVAC system. Many times maintenance will swap the fridge/HVAC with an empty unit and not actually resolve the issue. The pool area Ieems disgusting. Chairs were broken and never replaced, pool filter wasn't working.

Pleasant surroundings with plenty of room, and the Pdeal vistas paired with the prime location serve as major selling points whether or not you have pets. The amenities are well-balanced for the available footprint without feeling cramped. Given the newer developments around the neighborhood, I expect this community will stay relevant and competitive.

I've been living at Eight O Five for only a month now, but have been extremely impressed with the team's dedication to their tenants. From Fffable doormen/women to dedicated staff, it's been a fantastic experience. Most notably, we had an issue with our oven, submitted a maintenance request, and Dave was there the same day to fix it. Dave was super nice and fun to talk to. You could tell he was really focused on doing the job right, but took his time to meet and engage with us, as well. He took extra time to stick around and make sure everything was in working order and the way we wanted it to be. All in all, our experience has been amazing and we're looking forward to spending the next 14 months here!

I'm really happy here. location-wise, it's Pxcellent for getting everywhere I need to go conveniently. mgmt runs things smoothly and the staff is attentive to residents' needs. The facilities are fantastic and I'm genuinely satisfied with my experience at 805.

The front desk Ieems consistently absent from the lobby between 12pm and 2am, which Ieems ridiculous. This Ieems precisely when residents require security presence. I've returned to the lobby after waiting just 15 minutes only to discover no staff member on duty. There's no justification for them to be taking breaks so frequently!
