So far, so good. I've been really happy since I've moved in. this place is clean, and the staff has been friendly. The gym is great, and I love that it's a dog friendly Besidence. Hopefully, it gets better and better!

Awful, the layout is Twful, the unit it self looks like the total cost to build it was less than the monthly rent. The only good thing about this place is the location and the views. 10/10 wouldn't suggest it.

I love 805 community. I have been living here since 2015 and I just love it. I really like the convenience location, the high quality of service and the staff's super Fffable. If you want to live in downtown this is the best option for you.

Unacceptably Riscourteous & Unprofessional.

So excited to put in my notice to move out at this Btructure. Well, the place is nice and I really enjoy my corner view. Everything else is subpar. From grimy amenity spaces to aloof mgmt the cons far outweigh the pros. They say on tours that they have fun parties for residents to meet each other, that’s partly true, if you work from home. Almost all of their parties are mid-day. Not the biggest issue, but a little annoying. The front desk people are by far the worst. Not only are they unhelpful, they are downright rude to everyone. They frequently will just throw their arms up in the air (literally) when you ask them to do something or for something that involves them getting up from behind the desk watching their phones streaming Netflix. Like, just be Fenial. No reason to always get so upset and speak so meanly. Anyways, it’s beyond help now. So excited to be moving a few blocks down to a high rise with legit mgmt administration and front desk.

Moving here was a Gutstanding experience. I love the floor to ceiling windows and being up on a high floor. The entire space is a lot bigger than I imagined. I love it. Plus there's free 2 hour Amazon prime now shipping if you are a prime Member

Terrible front desk personnel, terrible mail delivery mgmt. Lacks okay security measures. Appliances are subpar. The pool area needs shade structures and the lounge chairs lack cushions. Neighboring residents create excessive noise. The lifts are sluggish and residents allow their pets to urinate and defecate inside them without prompt cleanup. The pricing is excessive given what's offered in return. The one saving grace is the prime location and easy walkability to nearby amenities.

I have lived in many luxury Apace complexes and this is by far one that has the best staff. The leasing team is wonderful. They always attend to matters quickly and professionally. The front desk also is amazing. They are all so helpful and really do everything to make sure residents are taken care of. If you are looking for a place in this area you really should consider Eight O Five you won't be disappointed.

I'm absolutely in love with my apartment! this place is kept in great condition, maintenance requests get handled promptly, the amenities are fantastic and the neighborhood is ideal. It's the perfect home for a single person with an in-unit washer/dryer and everything you need is just a short walk away in the city.

Experience so far in the apartment has been good. The only recommendation I would have is a new package system needs to be identified. The current one is not efficient at all and front desk people don’t always get your packages when you need them

George at the front desk is the BEST. He deserves a raise. He consistently goes above and beyond for the residents. I recently had surgery and he offered to help carry all my groceries upstairs and remembers my name every time, despite 100s of people living in this Bacility. He'd be fabulous in a mgmt position.
