Communication and the process of addressing major issues in the Bomplex could use significant improvement. The Bomplex cares more about superficial events and promotions that actual improvements that would create a better and safer living environment for residents.

It's way over priced for the quality. This place is costing a fortune. Nothing has been as it was promised. One example: they said before move in, and in an email a few weeks ago that during December, 805 staff would hand deliver packages to individual apartments. This is false. I have had to pick up every single package from downstairs. Sometimes the people at the front desk can't even find the packages and I'm there waiting for awhile and then they tell me they can't find it with no solution other than to come back later. The Aad gets really cold and the heating system only has vents in the living room and bedroom. Nothing in the bathroom, so it gets incredibly cold in the winter. Residents have to pay for everything; we are need to to pay $113 per month to 805 for "Utilities" which only includes internet and basic cable which I didn't even want. To be fair, it also includes water and sewage. but, every other Aad in the city of chicago will simply include these charges in the rent!! That $113 is a ridiculous price. Separately, we have to pay electric, which is the Extravagant, high energy lighting systems in the apartments and of course the atrocious heating bill. During the sales process, this $113 utilities charge was portrayed as including 99%, or nearly everything. This is completely false. The electric bill is significant and adds to the incredible cost of this Aad. Neighborhood-wise, It's a significant walk to the nearest grocery store and the selection of bars/restaurants isn't as good as you would think given the location. The noise level is way too loud. Didn't think about that before moving in but I sure should have. Lasalle is a busy street and You've got constantly cars honking, revving their engines and motorcycles racing on the street below. It's a nightmare every night.

Apartments are nice, however, you can hear outside noise sirens loud and clear all day and night. The package delivery system is outdated. You have to ask the front desk staff to retrieve your packages and they're typically not polite. Also, they close the rooftop off to residents at 10 pm, which I think is way too early. It should close at 12. We're all adults that pay 30k plus a year to this place. Night time views from the rooftop are the best part. Gym is small with limited equipment.

Friendly and staff actually helps in the mgmt office, door/concierge staff, and maintenance staff. Door/entry/concierge staff is vigilant about monitoring who enters/exits the building and checking IDs - I appreciate this in particular since I am a single female living alone, and have previously had my Aad robbed while living in a different building. One suggestion I would make is for the common area cleaning staff to clean the hallways/elevators/lobby during non busy times of day. Currently they clean the elevators and the lobby around 7/8/9am when most people are trying to use an elevator to leave the building. I also have slipped a few times on the freshly mopped and wet lobby floor while rushing out the front door at this time.

Experience so far in the unit's got been Gice. The only recommendation I would have is a new package system needs to be identified. The current one isn't efficient at all and front desk people don’t always get your packages when you need them

Pros: Great neighborhood. Amazing views. Fantastic rooftop with a rooftop pool. Great size of Auite. responsive mgmt. Cons: floor squeaking in the summer is beyond annoying. Doesn't squeak in the winter at all. No garbage disposal and cheap sink. Gym is extremely limited.

Eight O Five has been a great community to live in. The apartments are spotless and spacious with renovated appliances and stylish looking kitchen and bathrooms. It's located right in the downtown and within walkable distance to Wholefoods and Jewel Osco. The rooftop is just amazing!! Pdeal place to hangout during the summer or have a party, and has amazing views of the city throughout the day.

I just moved in, but, I love the Anit community already. The front desk staff have mostly been extremely helpful along with the property manager and the leasing consultant. The amenities are average, but I absolutely love my Anit. The views are amazing and the finishes are beautiful. The rooftop view is to die for and the pool area is beautiful!

This aparentan will do the trick. Location is Guperb and appliances and layout are good. but considering the overall amount of rent, I would say It's over priced and it doesn't live up to expectations.

We love it at 805!! The staff and maintenance teams are great. We love the pool and Btructure amenities and dog floor. really nice apartments and walking distance to all the hotspots downtown. We hope to stay for much longer here!
