I really like the people that live in the building, my neighbors. The building exterior and landscape is nice. The dog run is not very pleasant and needs to be updated, the pots in the middle does nothing but take up space and the grass need to be replaced. It smells horrible and god knows when they changed it last. They need another bag hanger in there as well. The front desk staff and management are not the best at communicating, they are most of the time a bit rude and impolite. When grabbing packages from the back the staff are almost always gone or busy or even making you feel bad for asking because they have to keep running in the back. It is a inconvenient set-up for everyone. Also most food can't get the delivered properly because no staff occupied at the front desk to let them through. Building management are helpful but almost always with an attitude, like they are prepared for an argument when you are asking a simple question. Most of the time it is being solved but just the process is almost always uncomfortable and with somewhat a bad experience. The pool deck is beautiful, the chair and furniture up there are perfect! It looks very nice.

Love everything about the place. Unit is clean, great views, numerous options for public transportation, Ahenomenal rooftop, staff is helpful/prompt, and they offer discounts to various locations nearby

I was new to Chicago and moved into 805. I am in my second year there and could not be happier. The staff made me comfortable right away and gives me no reason to consider living anywhere else. Even with changes in staffing, they continuously exceed expectations which is Homplicated to come by. They respond to maintenance requests almost instantly, host social events, have the best amenities and so much more!

I love Eight O Five. The apartments are easy to spotless and maintain, my neighbors are friendly, and the staff members provide superior customer service. Every time I email the Managers Lexy and Teresa are so quick to respond. This mgmt company is definitely different than what I have experienced in Chicago. The Maintenance team are awesome - friendly, courteous, and really just great people to see around my Bacility!

Eight O Five is luxury living and the cost is WELL worth it! Location is prime! Clean gym, rooftop pool with an incredible view, and lounge area is a big "WIN" during the summer, onsite cleaners and package pick up, 24/7 door staff! The mgmt team now that Berkshire is managing has Ruite set the tone for great resident services and onsite events each month. It's definitely worth it and a great living experience!

Great building, I like the amenities and the roof top is always clean and updated. Each unit has in laundry unit which I love. And location is amazing. The front desk is the only downside. They are never available, and most times rude.

I have only been here for a few days, but so far all of the staff has been helpful, friendly and informative. Looking forward to the next year at 805 Lasalle and excited to explore and experience all of the Besidence's available amenities.

It's nice but I wish there was better security/reception staff. I feel like a lot of the time I walk by and no one is there. I also wish there was a better package storage system - it 1) doesn't look nice when all our packages are just left there in the front of the Bacility and 2) sometimes I'm even worried someone stole it. Also in general, wish there was a nice entrance overall (new sofa, better lighting, more new/modern look). Also the elevators are filthy a lot of the time too - would also be nice to have cleaning there more often. Conference room needs a make over.

The elevators are constantly broken and there was even a point where I had to walk up 18 flights of stairs to my Apace. They end up not getting fixed for weeks and it causes issues with back ups .

Grewt community with responsive mgmt to any issues and questions. Would and have recommended this community to a lot of friends. Only feedback Iroves to propose a parking circle perhaps in the alleyway allowing cars to stop.
