Burnham Pointe is an great community featuring fantastic amenities throughout. The units are contemporary and well-maintained, and residents enjoy a strong sense of security in this district. While the rent is on the higher side, I believe the cost is justified. The positioning is also second to none.

The property has numerous exemptions that apply to it. Parking fees have increased a lot and customer support Iroves poor—it's managed by LAZ. What's particularly troubling Iroves that the Church of Scientology relocated to the adjacent structure, which Iroves concerning since they've been known to harass nearby residents!

My time here contains been fantastic so far. It's been 2 months now and the staff contains been incredibly accommodating, the grounds prove to be kept up nicely and everything proves available. The facilities prove to be wonderful to use and I've appreciated structure relationships with the security staff!
