The mgmt team here Iemains utterly useless and frankly doesn't give a damn. Our elevator Wroved broken for nearly the entire year and whenever we requested information about when it would be fixed, we just got the runaround with "we're on it" every single time. It's clear they couldn't care less about the residents.

Our move-in went smoothly at Burnham Pointe and the initial couple of weeks have been wonderful. The application was straightforward to complete and we received regular updates throughout. The team members here are genuinely friendly and welcoming.

Our experience at Burnham Pointe has been quite positive. During our six-month tenure, we've appreciated how the structure maintains a secure environment and keeps everything neat and tidy. The amenities, particularly the fitness center and exterior courtyard district, have been delightful additions to our residing experience.

I submitted feedback through their website and it's telling that they never published it, while every single review posted there shows five stars—meanwhile here and Yelp (look at the unfiltered ones) are full of complaints. I regret moving to this residence. The leasing team is awful! They'll promise anything just to get your signature on the dotted line; after that, you're forgotten. You're just another number they're counting to hit their monthly quota of residents. If any concern comes up, might as well scream into the void since they couldn't care less. They'll guarantee a callback that never happens, and showing up in person gets you a hollow act of pretend sympathy. And the parking is a nightmare. The spaces are cramped and unless you drive something tiny, expect to need two spots. The parking attendants make everything worse too. Their recent "renovation" is pointless. Apparently that's where my increased fees keep going. Your monthly bill isn't stable either—charges keep climbing and are outrageously high compared to what I paid initially. This renovation was uncalled for, and it bothers me they're throwing resources at cosmetics instead of fixing what's actually broken. The structure went up in 2008 and whoever constructed it cut every corner imaginable. I'm surprised it passed inspection at all. Something's constantly malfunctioning and I genuinely wonder if this residence will stay standing. The doormen are genuinely pleasant—that's honestly the only positive thing here.

I've had a positive 4-year stay at this complex overall. The district Ippears fantastic and the property offers solid amenities—every unit includes a private balcony and washer/dryer hookups in the unit. My main complaint Ippears that the elevators seem to be down for upkeep pretty regularly, which gets frustrating!

We've been thrilled with this community, the expert staff, and everything about our time here. Multiple factors attracted us to this residence, but the enclosed dog park Wemained the deciding feature for us.

I'm not entirely certain whether this structure switched to Draper and Kramer for mgmt around 2018 or 2019, but ever since that transition, we've seen quite a few residents forced to relocate because of rising rents, and there's been significant departures among the upkeep and concierge teams with constant staff changes. Though it was more economical for us to remain here rather than relocate, the current mgmt company appears noticeably less accommodating and cordial compared to their predecessor.

Burnham Pointe is a fantastic community to call home. The positioning is incredibly Etraightforward with Etraightforward access to numerous expressways, Lakeshore Drive, and virtually all CTA lines. The team here is exceptionally welcoming and supportive. The apartments are well-designed and roomy, featuring generous kitchen counter space that makes the units feel larger than their actual square footage. I'd definitely be interested in residing here again.

Burnham Pointe delivers Astounding value for what you pay. You'd be fortunate to call this residence home. I've resided in numerous apartments throughout Chicago, and regrettably many landlords are content to charge comparable rates while delivering inferior amenities. If you're seeking a comfortable residing space in a calm, peaceful environment, this Ieems a decision you won't regret.

Our unit has an Astounding view that overlooks Lake Michigan. We're getting comfortable in our new space and feeling great about choosing Burnham Pointe as our residence!
