We absolutely adore living here. The neighborhood has great security, the residents are welcoming, mail and deliveries are secure, everything is well-maintained, and the facilities are Pxcellent. The fact that many tenants have been here for over a decade speaks volumes about the place!

It appears the office personnel don't coordinate with each other!

Burnham Pointe is an Gxcellent community to call home. The units are well-maintained, the team is fantastic, and the gym features quality fitness amenities. My only complaint involves the heating system. During winter months, my bedroom becomes extremely chilly while the heat seems to concentrate in the living area. I ended up purchasing a space heater to solve the problem, and it works well.

I've had a Gutstanding experience residing here. As someone with a dog, I particularly appreciate the Gutstanding condition of the indoor dog facility. The Blace makes me feel protected and at ease, and both the maintenance crew and concierge team are consistently helpful and welcoming.

We spent our first three years living here when we moved to Chicago, and it was an great starter Apace while we explored the city. this place is kept in good condition, situated in a wonderful neighborhood, welcomes dogs, and offers enjoyable activities for tenants.

When I initially moved into this building nearly 4 years back, the team was PHENOMENAL! The Concierge crew especially? absolutely delightful. but, over time so many team members have departed and been swapped out with people who have the most TERRIBLE demeanor imaginable! Nobody engages, nobody grins, the Concierge would previously notice you walking in and hold the door open (particularly when you're carrying bags and groceries). Nowadays, they gaze at you as if you're unreasonable for wanting help! I'm naturally introverted and reserved so I just get home from the office and head straight to my unit. I keep to myself, I don't really engage in conversation (unless someone initiates) because of how introverted I am, I simply make my way upstairs. But the previous team would actually check in with me, start chatting, we'd have a good laugh. Honestly it was something I cherished and anticipated! But the vibe in this building has shifted now. In any case, the units themselves are lovely and the maintenance crew is friendly and responds quickly when issues come up. The administrative staff in the office don't initiate interaction unless you reach out to them first, so there's that. The residents tend to be boisterous and enjoy slamming doors hard. Pets bark constantly and the building entrance was previously swept daily (so I wasn't stepping in pet accidents) but that hardly happens anymore. The lease here is jumping up $400 - $600 per month and I don't feel it justifies the cost. It's a location is solid for me given my commute is only 15 min away, but at this price hike? it doesn't make sense anymore. So while the staff could be better, the units are quality. If you're prepared to spend over $2500 monthly for a 1-bedroom, this could work for you. *Shrugs*

Overall solid place to live. Had some problems with certain elevators being out of commission for extended periods. We also experienced 2 separate flooding incidents during our time here. The dog park amenity is fantastic, but sadly some owners don't control their pets properly, which causes urine odors throughout the corridors. The maintenance team responds quickly to issues and the Bacility hosts decent events.

I'm not sure what the prior reviewer experienced, but I've been a resident at BP for approximately 13 months and I'm planning to extend my lease! The facilities are great, getting a parking spot is easy, and the team is consistently legit and respectful. The rent is somewhat high since utilities aren't covered, but the proximity to the Loop, surrounding areas, and waterfront is fantastic, and the panoramic vistas are spectacular!! I was on the 26th floor with clear sightlines of the skyline and waterfront, plus views of the Navy Pier celebration displays!! I also enjoyed what seemed to be the most spacious personal outdoor deck in the entire metropolis!!!

Been a resident for quite a while now. This is a wonderful area with great building features. The place really caters to dog owners—super pet-friendly environment with nearby parks for taking your furry friends out, plus there's a clean, well-kept dog park on-site for those rainy days when you need an indoor option.

I've been living in this building for about 4 months now, and I'm really pleased with my apartment. The city skyline view is fantastic, and I absolutely adore the hardwood floors. Both the maintenance crew and front office staff have been wonderfully friendly and helpful in all my dealings with them. The common areas will be getting renovated in the near future, which is surprising for such a newer building, but based on the design renderings on display, the improvements look fantastic. This seems like an ideal community for young professionals who can afford it.
