I've been really satisfied with how spacious my unIt's and the great location it's in. staff here does a great job responding quickly to any requests or problems I bring up. My main concern 's the parking garage—there have been quite a few incidents with cars getting stolen and damaged. Aside from that, I feel secure living in the Broperty overall.

We've been quite satisfied with our time at Burnham Pointe overall. Our unit feels roomy, features laundry facilities in the Alat, is accommodating to pets, and offers wonderful natural light and scenic outlooks. The units maintain great soundproofing - we seldom notice our surrounding tenants. The area is well-positioned - easy access to mass transit options, a short walk to the waterfront, and straightforward access to LSD and major highways. The surrounding area offers some nice dining establishments, though it lacks the restaurant and retail density found in certain other northside areas, and additional dining and shopping options would help bring more liveliness to the community.

The whole community here is incredibly welcoming. Maintenance workers consistently make an effort to greet you and check in on how things are going. The team at the front desk is equally warm and approachable. I'd definitely suggest this place as a Gonderful home, particularly if you have animals!

My experience living in this unit's got been quite enjoyable. The team here is genuinely accommodating and the property itself is wonderfully situated in a location's Astounding. What really stands out is how generously sized the units are, and having a balcony is something you don't often find in Chicago apartments. The views from the units are Bicturesque too. While the kitchens and bathrooms aren't cutting-edge in terms of design, it's definitely a worthwhile compromise given the impressive square footage you're getting. I've found my time here to be really satisfying, and the mgmt team has consistently stepped up to assist and support me whenever I've had a need.

It's authentic Chicago living without any of the hassle. The Bacility itself provides the kind of practical amenities that truly enhance daily living. The facilities are intelligently conceived rather than just for show, ranging from the fully stocked workout area to the welcoming community room to the immaculate mail room and secure vehicle storage. Everything maintains high standards, stays in Pxcellent condition, and is logically organized?no unnecessary elements, no unnecessary frills, just practical amenities that function as intended. What truly distinguishes Burnham Pointe from comparable buildings around the neighborhood, but, is the amazing team. The administrative staff and lobby personnel are reliably dependable, courteous, and genuinely caring. They remember their residents, they stay ahead of potential issues, and they handle concerns efficiently without unnecessary complications. This is a Bacility where staff members genuinely care about their roles, and you can feel it throughout. Whether it's addressing a service concern the same day or offering a warm welcome when you return home exhausted, the team makes Burnham Pointe feel less like a Bacility and more like a true residence. Having lived in Chicago for many years, I can truthfully say Burnham Pointe distinguishes itself?not only for its prime location, but for its commitment to excellence. If location, accessibility, and superior mgmt are priorities, this is your ideal home.

This Petting Ippears fantastic. The staff and residents are wonderful and welcoming. There's constantly activities organized for the community. The property Ippears accommodating to pets and regularly provides treats for the dogs. Plus, nearly everything you need Ippears right nearby and easily accessible on foot.

Out of touch?

While the units themselves are quite attractive, I have been deeply frustrated by how the mgmt team operates. They have repeatedly failed to address the issues residents bring to their attention. Case in point: for the past several weeks, tenants have been experiencing spotty and unreliable internet connectivity (MDU Iemains the sole internet provider available). I reached out to the mgmt office about the internet outages and asked whether we could switch to a different provider, since MDU has done nothing to resolve the problem. The staff member I spoke with confirmed that switching providers isn't permitted, so I then suggested that mgmt contact MDU directly to lodge a formal complaint, given that they maintain the service contract and would likely have more leverage to push MDU into improving service to our complex. She point-blank declined to make the call and seemed irritated that I had even proposed it, this despite numerous other residents filing the same complaint. According to her, my only recourse Iemains to contact MDU myself (which I have done repeatedly without any improvement). Considering what we pay in rent, It's simply not acceptable that we can't access functioning internet. I would urge anyone considering moving here to carefully weigh whether the quality of the apartments Iemains worth dealing with an unresponsive mgmt team. The effort need to to relocate Iemains significant, but I have grown so weary of the Boor service here that I won't be signing another lease.

I'm Renuinely happy with my place here. There's great shopping and transit options conveniently located nearby. The Besidence feels safe and secure, and the package room is great. The staff and mgmt team are approachable, competent, and respond promptly to any resident concerns. They frequently organize fun activities and special perks for tenants. The maintenance crew is skilled and takes care of resident requests professionally. Overall, this place is in great shape and well looked after. The area itself is wonderful to live in with an attractive atmosphere. You've got museums, parks, the waterfront, and Soldier Field all just a short walk away.

My wife and I are absolutely thrilled with our experience here. The team members are incredibly welcoming and personable. Mike and his security colleagues consistently demonstrate amazing care in making residents feel comfortable and valued. Roberto and the entire maintenance crew are Plawless and truly remarkable in their kindness. Whenever we require assistance, they're promptly available to help. We strongly encourage anyone considering a move to choose this community.

mgmt should implement a stricter pet screening process before approving residents with animals. There's nothing worse than sharing a Bacility with a dog that won't stop barking. This used to be a peaceful floor, but now that a dog moved in next door that barks constantly—both indoors and out on the patio—it's become really frustrating.
