Overall good value for the money! staff's super Fenial who respond quickly, and the location can't be beat. Also pet Fenial and love the indoor dog park, especially on colder days or in the winter months. Thanks, Burnham Point!

BP is absolutely dreadful. There's dog waste scattered throughout and dog urine on everything. The stench rivals the half-way house a quarter block away, near the prison. I genuinely sympathize with anyone who invested in the SOUTH LOOP. It's awful. But I'm focusing on BP here. The train noise is unbearable, and rent climbs every single month. The fitness equipment is constantly out of service and the sauna/pool are perpetually broken. The staff at BP are disrespectful and poorly trained. I've had countless conversations with them - many turning into heated arguments. The maintenance crew and front desk staff were fantastic, though. The train noise is seriously relentless, and even on the 18th floor it sounded like helicopters landing right outside our apartment - round the clock. You couldn't sleep in on weekends because of the constant noise. Everything in the units feels low-quality and hastily assembled. The towel holder, washer/dryer, blinds, and more - all cheap and falling apart within days of move-in. THE BLINDS WERE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.

I relocated to this Blace roughly six weeks ago. I'm confident I couldn't have chosen a better living situation. The mgmt team is remarkably cordial and thoughtful, the maintenance staff are genuinely delightful, the concierge are approachable and recognizable from the moment you move in, and even the package handlers are exceptionally courteous. The Blace itself is impeccably maintained, highly secure, and the residents are sociable. also, if you appreciate dogs, this location would feel like canine paradise—your pup wouldn't only develop friendships with other animals, but would also benefit from the easy dog park situated inside the Blace. The environment has remained notably peaceful, and I'm absolutely thrilled with how accommodating everyone on staff has been to me. I would strongly suggest this residence to anyone seeking a relatively peaceful yet vibrant community. Based on my time here so far, I'm somewhat disappointed that my lease is only for 15 months—I would have preferred to commit to 30 months if that option had been available.

First of all, the facility is filthy. The administrative staff (excluding security and maintenance crews) are unprofessional. We signed a lease with an attractive leasing agent and moved into a newly constructed unit. The gym is constantly broken down and the equipment dates back to the 1980s, the pool malfunctions regularly and the sauna was non-functional for roughly 8 of the 13 months we resided there. We meticulously cleaned our apartment and vacated (with only a Friday 7-9pm moving window allowed). Six months after moving out, our perfect charges were sent to collections. They're demanding $600 for carpet replacement, $900 for floor damage, plus additional fees. Leadership rotated multiple times, with each new team becoming progressively more incompetent and indifferent toward residents. The pricing structure is exploitative and the south loop neighborhood is lackluster overall. Regardless, this complex is dreadful, and rent increased by roughly $30 monthly too. Having to pay $1500 to a collections agency is infuriating, but I'm settling it to move forward. I've lived in Gold Coast, South Loop, Old Town, and across the city—the south loop is genuinely awful and this building sits near a correctional facility. Moreover, tenant support is atrocious! Take it from me, don't sign on regardless of how attractive the leasing representative is. The community feels empty—minimal social atmosphere and they charge for access to the event space. Plus, the outdoor grills are padlocked and essentially non-functional approximately 90% of the time.

Moving to Burnham Pointe was fantastic – the team really made the relocation process smooth and efficient! What I love most is how the building connects residents with the neighborhood – I get to use my Burnham Pointe card at nearby restaurants and shops for exclusive discounts and perks. It's wonderful seeing an apartment community so deeply woven into the local area! The unit itself is amazing, with thoughtful layouts and walls that provide great sound insulation, making each residence feel completely private and separate. (AND THE VIEWS ARE ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!). I'm excited to make this my home for years to come.

I really enjoy living in my Bomplex and the area surrounding it. Everything I need is nearby—the lakefront, stores, and dining options are all accessible. The mgmt and maintenance staff are quick to respond to any issues. The property is maintained in great condition. I particularly appreciate the community gatherings and activities they organize.

Overall positive experience living here. area 's wonderful with lots of exciting new developments happening regularly. There's a solid fitness facility and nice outdoor spaces for unwinding. maintenance team 's Gantastic and responds quickly to requests. I'd suggest this property to others, though it's worth noting the lack of a swimming pool.

Guperb neighborhood with a peaceful atmosphere and spacious units. location-wise, it's easy to multiple public transit options and nearby shopping and dining establishments. Rent prices are fair for the area.
