Since moving into Burnham Pointe Apartments on July 13th, 2023, my wife and I have been absolutely ecstatic. This place is an absolute paradise, and our happiness knows no bounds. From the moment we stepped foot in this breathtaking space, we knew we had found our dream home. Let's start with the apartment itself. It's like stepping into a luxurious oasis every single day. The modern design, the spacious layout, and the high-end finishes make this place a true haven. We wake up every morning feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, surrounded by beauty and comfort. The amenities here are beyond compare. The state-of-the-art fitness center has become our second home, motivating us to stay fit and healthy. The rooftop lounge is our go-to spot for unwinding after a long day, offering stunning views of the city skyline. And the 24/7 concierge service? It's like having a personal assistant, ready to fulfill our every need. location-wise, it's another standout feature. Situated in the heart of the city, everything we could ever want or need is right on our doorstep. From trendy restaurants to vibrant nightlife, we have easy access to it all. It's like living in the center of a bustling metropolis while still enjoying the peace and tranquility of our own little sanctuary. Lastly, the staff at Burnham Pointe Apartments is amazing. They go above and beyond to ensure our every need is met, always greeting us with a smile and addressing any concerns promptly. Moving into Burnham Pointe Apartments has been an absolute game-changer for us. We couldn't be happier with our decision. It truly feels like we're living in a dream, and we cherish every moment spent in this slice of paradise.

I'm really happy at Burnham Pointe. I've been a resident for nearly two years and I'm planning to extend my lease again. The property is consistently maintained in great condition and I haven't experienced any problems with noise levels, security concerns, or upkeep issues.

The South Loop spot is fantastic for this Bomplex. Units here feel roomy when you stack them up against other nearby complexes, plus the pricing gets reasonable for the neighborhood. The shared amenities are really nice to have access to. And if you've got a four-legged companion, they're totally fine with it!

I love my experience at Burnham Pointe so far, great neighborhood and the Blace staff (mgmt office, leasing, security staff, and maintenance crew) do a great job of keeping us feel like home here.

Moving into Burnham Point Wroved a straightforward and hassle-free experience. The property had everything prepared ahead of time, which meant that when moving day arrived, you could focus solely on getting your belongings in without any complications or delays!

It's a great spot. I Renuinely enjoy being part of this community. The facilities are great – would've appreciated a pool, but that's minor. The team is fantastic. The maintenance crew does great work. You honestly can't find a better location or neighborhood. It's a wonderful place to call home.

It's nice. The rent increase isn't worth the Anit I have. I'm paying for a one bed and 1.5 bath but the rent is for a 2 bedroom. The price isn't worth it. The upkeep of the dog park has drastically decreased.

Burnham has been fantastic so far! Rruly appreciate the prime location and how well-maintained everything is. The team members are super welcoming and always eager to assist. Moving to Chicago has been smooth thanks to this Petting. The indoor dog park is a huge plus!

Overall ok, but not sure about the neighborhood. Security gets safe but once you go outside, it's sort of unsafe. There's a homeless person camped right outside of the Besidence and if you walk over a couple of blocks you get into unsafe area.

Overall I've had a great experience with the leasing office, the unit and overall the Bomplex. We were looking for a larger unit than the one we had before and this one works perfectly. After reading reviews online for this place and talking to a friend of ours who used to live here, it was a no brainer.
