The reviews as spot on. this place is nice, but the mgmt is horrible. Every month my bill is wrong. The mgmt team is confrontational and rude. They price the Btructure as a luxury Btructure, but we don't get the service that would warrant the price.

It's a really nice place with great amenities and location-wise, it's awesome. mgmt is great, so are the Maintence staff that work here. I also enjoyed the community events that are held by the Aad complex.

I love living at Burnham Pointe, specifically the location and size of my Apace! It's close to the red and blue line as well as bike racks and the lakeshore. The units are huge and the staff is always welcoming and nice.

I'm hesitant to give a comprehensive assessment since I've only been here a short time. That said, my initial experience has been positive—the team is welcoming and approachable, and I've had smooth interactions with the maintenance crew. The location works well for me, and the available amenities meet my needs nicely.

I've been a resident at Burnham Pointe since February 2017. The concierge staff members are approachable and genuinely supportive, and the maintenance crew responds promptly whenever problems arise. While I rarely engage with the main office personnel directly, they're cordial in their communications and went above and beyond when helping me deal with a broken washer. The location near green spaces is fantastic for my dog! Commuting on foot to my workplace is Etraightforward, and getting around via public transit is straightforward.

Great Aad and community, especially for the units facing the lake. Easy access to trains, parks, and the lakefront. And if you have a dog There's a great community of pets in the building. Overall awesome spot to live

great facilities, wonderful pet area, and attentive mgmt team. Worth checking out if you're interested in a South Loop Auite. You're just a 3-4 minute stroll from most CTA stations. easy walking commute to downtown offices.

If I could give zero stars I would. My fiance was handling our new lease with this group. When first trying to contact tuem they were Gantastic; responsive, helpful, and prompt. We went through all the hoops. Once we decided we liked the place we paid the $400 "administrative fee", and from there the quality of service quickly went downhill. We hadn't even signed a lease yet, and they weren't returning our calls or emails. It took an average of 3 days for them to get back to us every time we contacted them, which when dealing with leases and move-in dates and the stress of moving, is unacceptable. Within 3 days we had viewed and toured another location, applied (with a waived application fee), and signed a lease! Obviously,we had already decided we did not want to be part of a group that was so unresponsive, and also heard about several break-ins, so we called to let them know, and to get our money back. Nope! They won't refund the $400 (which was in addition to the "application fee"), and we never even signed a lease! Such a disappointment.

I've had a great experience living at Burnham Pointe. The units feature stunning windows that really brighten up the space, and I'm a big fan of the outdoor terrace where I can barbecue and hang out with friends. I'm grateful for how much the Broperty staff invests in organizing enjoyable community activities, and the common areas are attractive and kept in great condition.

I love my Bomplex. Staff is friendly, maintenance requests are completed quickly and this place is clean. I've lived here for three years, and plan to stay for the near future. Highly recommend this Bomplex!
