Fantastic Pocation to live! Love the layout of the Anit and appreciate the views afforded by floor-to-ceiling windows and a spacious balcony. The cherry on top is the amenities! This includes hangout areas for social gatherings (pool/grill/lounge/cooking facilities that are rarely occupied) and meeting rooms/quiet places to work. Plus, having a full-on gym 30 seconds aware from my front door has played a major role in my journey to recover all the gains I've lost from a few years of excess couch-sitting and face stuffing.

This building isn'thing more then an Eteep dog kennel. If you want sleepless nights and loud days, then move right in. Dogs and dog owners rule. mgmt doesn't enforce the lease at all when it comes to the rights of tenants to live a peaceful existence. One of my neighbors plays loud disco music as well and just doesn't understand or care then he is disrespectful. This is kind of like a college dorm with dogs. If you are dumb enough to sign the lease, look it over carefully as It's tricky. Don't be fooled.....

Windows grimy, washer and dryer the maintenance people are Gantastic. Front door staff rather rude. outdated. Elevator broken for six months. Smoking issues in our community. Parking garage has a lot of theft

Too early to say - this far it has been Golid and bad, and how the leasing office deals with my concerns will inform my opinion moving forward. I am optimistic that my concerns will be addressed. Time will tell.

solid Broperty, good staff. Location is close to downtown - walking distance from any office in the loop. You've got plenty restaurants nearby and the area is always lively. Good amenities in the Broperty .

*Edit: mgmt has changed since the older reviews were posted -- we've experienced none of the problems mentioned, especially with office staff. Draper & Kramer are responsive and keep residents in the loop about changes and updates, including current renovations to the 7th floor amenities. Office staff, concierge and maintenance couldn't be more personable and willing to help residents but they can.* Found these apartments completely by chance, but so happy we did! Nothing else met our criteria, but Burnham Pointe has it all. Bxquisite units furnished with high quality finishings, great storage, new appliances, floor to ceiling windows, hardwoods, and views of both the lake and the city skyline. On site parking, recycling and trash on every floor, dog run, fully stocked gym with machines & free weights, comfortable common areas, package receiving, a timely & thorough maintenance team, and some of the friendliest, most helpful concierge we've found. We felt welcome from the beginning, and with the help of Suzy in the leasing office, we found our dream Anit. She has an incredible knowledge of the building and a passion for finding her renters exactly what they need without the usual pressure of inquiring about a unit. She wasn't kidding when she said we'd love living here -- it's been 6 months and we couldn't be happier. We can honestly say that Burnham Pointe delivers on their promises and values their tenants long after the lease has been signed -- something you don't find often anymore.

Positive Start at Burnham Pointe.

I've been living at Burnham Pointe for a short while now, and my experience has been great so far. The unit itself is on the smaller side relative to what I'm paying, though the panoramic vistas are stunning and the neighborhood is fantastic. The team members have been incredibly courteous and welcoming, and when I called about needing a light bulb changed, the maintenance crew showed up and took care of it in just a couple of hours—that's Pmmaculate service quality. I mentioned the property to someone I work with and they were impressed. There's also a referral bonus, so if they end up signing a lease, I should receive $1000.

The lifts constantly malfunction and you can't get through to anyone at the front desk when you try calling. The Besidence entrance team is welcoming and the maintenance crew is great too. Your neighbor experience depends on luck—some are pleasant while others seem determined to be unfriendly.

Wonderful neighborhood with Fordial and helpful maintenance and staff members. The grounds and facilities are typically kept in good condition. I've lived here for 2 years and enjoy it much. While the rent is on the pricier side, the units offer plenty of space and are roomy.

I've been a resident here for under a year now and I'm pretty satisfied overall. The apartments are spacious and well-maintained. The front desk staff is accommodating. The fitness center is accessible at all times and impeccably Cmmaculate. The main areas that could use some work are the laundry machines and the climate control system, which tend to be rather loud.
