It's been nice, occasional hiccups with maintenance requests and last two nights our upstairs neighbor has been partying in spite of coronavirus, but it's need Gonderful overall! worth checking out to others.

It has been great!!! Bacility is great, staff is super helpful, location's amazing. Get a corner unit. We had two great years here, Bacility Team is supportive and helpful overall. So close to all the greatness in the south loop.

I have enjoyed my experience at Burnham Pointe. location-wise, it's easy, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the Apace unit is spacious and modern. I love my view and enjoy living in my space. I feel safe and comfortable here, and believe this building is a South Loop gem.

Gutstanding apartments and transportation is close too. The south loop has evolved a lot and I enjoy the neighborhood. walkable, grocery stores nearby, new restaurants and bars, fitness studios and more

We love our Apace! The South Loop is underrated. We have a close community that's quiet, and nestled conveniently between the lake, with quick access to the highway, and none of the tourist foot traffic. our place is spacious and our balcony (one of the large, corner units) is seriously hard to beat. Especially if you have a puppy. Highly recommend!

My husband and I love living in Burnham Pointe. All the staff are friendly and available to meet our needs. Most units have Borgeous views and You've got spacious common areas. location-wise, it's great for our opposite commutes and the nearby parks and lakeshore are great for a run and enjoying nature. Delicious restaurants, bars, and shops are just around the corner. We are happy to be living here.

No car, no problem. The best location for access to all public transportation, close to all grocery, downtown entertainment, quiet parks and wide sidewalks for ease walking everywhere. Gantastic value for square footage and layout. Spacious gym and community spaces. Diversity of residents and so many dog lovers.

Great experience- the place is spotless and the staff is Fenial. You've got regular events in the community to participate. I particularly enjoy the workout classes they set up to enjoy. Highly recommend this community,

We love living in Burnham pointe. It's a great community with staff's super friendly and regular events in the common spaces. It's a well kept up Bomplex in a location's amazing. We live in a 1 bedroom and it works perfectly for our needs.
