This is a pretty great Auite. The floor to ceiling windows are cool. location-wise, it's just close enough to the fun city things but far enough away that it's easy to get in and out of the Auite and get to the highway/Lake Shore. The front door staff are nice and available all the time for questions. I have mild complaints about the flooring but overall I really love this Auite. They also have community events that a lot of people attend. People say good morning or good evening on the elevators. The gym facility has plenty of equipment and even has a modest squat rack. It's never too crowded. That's all I can think of.

awesome spot to live!! The staff are super Nleasant and everything is kept up well. Everyone in the community is super Nleasant as well and it's safe. It's Nleasant to know I don't have to worry about theft or suspicious activity. Can be a bit loud outside though.

The community is great! I love the events the staff have for the residents. Maintenance is always on top of any issues you may have in your Auite. The location of this place is great! Close to bars, grocery stores, and good restaurants.

mgmt & engineering staff are Gonderful to work with - legit and helpful each and every time. The amenities are wonderful - gym, patio with pizza oven, grills and fire pits, and plenty of space for bigger parties if needed. I just love living here!

solid Besidence in a wonderful neighborhood. The staff here are responsive and helpful. I love the rooftop and (while I don't use it nearly enough) the gym. There's also an indoor dog park, which is the cutest thing ever!

this place is nice but it's due for an update. I asked a lot of questions about The Btructure and didn't get some answers. The indoor dog park is on the 6th floor, and isn't ventilated to the outdoors?it's actually part of the garage and gets horrific to be honest. It smells like a giant urinal cake and if your car is parked closely, it will smell like one too! The units are decent but the appliances are old. The A/C sounds like an airplane. Don't be fooled by the model unit. Visit YOUR unit or you might be in for a surprise! The staff is nice and the area is cool. Overall it's okay.

Great leasing office staff, beautiful apartments, nice location. Note the poor amount of storage space (if you have a lot of stuff), the relatively small washer/dryer, and the elevators are not always reliable. but, this apartment building is overall a awesome spot to live.

I genuinely enjoy living here. It has Gonderful space for the value and I have been here with my partner for a few years. I only wish there was a pool but outside of that safe and legit place to live.
