Guperb neighbors and area

I just moved in a couple weeks ago, and I think this place is awesome. My neighbors are so Fffable and the entire staff smiles and says hello every time they see me. The neighborhood is great and close to basically everything. I think I made a great decision moving here.

Great space, great value for the space, great community and great neighborhood. transportation is close buy, red line is a 1- minute walk from the building, nice restaurants around the neighborhood, close to the park, library, lake. The staff is friendly, legit and quick to respond to all your needs. They keep this place nice and clean. The amenities are Btunning. I feel safe in this community during these difficult times, and That's the most important thing off all!

Overall the community is great, I love the area and the staff is friendly and helpful. The price is a bit steep for the size of the Aad and level of the floor I'm on, but still has good value overall.

Been an Astounding experience. Great neighbors and great staff . I love the events the staff puts on for us. I think they do a great job at keeping the sense of community. I really like the comedy, casino & free food nights!

Affordable luxury apartments, necessary amenities and fantastic location. Gutstanding entry option for someone who wants to move up or someone who wants to get the best for their money. close to interstate access and short walk to Grant Park and the lake!

Gxcellent door and maintenance staff!!! Facilities are too notch and spacious apartments. mgmt keeps turning over and I have not had good experiences dealing with them. They are penny pinchers!

Farm neighbors, amazing desk staff, spotless and updated amenities, parking isn't the best situation but manageable, Farm pets and easy indoor dog park, maintenance staff is so Farm, nice location for transportation and shopping

Coming into year three here at Burnham Pointe, we are still loving it. We enjoy our neighbors (and especially their dogs!), the roof deck, the gym, and this terrific location so close to downtown but also with a homey vibe, parks, schools and restaurants nearby. We Ldore walking to the lake, the Loop, and the farmers market while also being close to highways for a quick escape out of town when needed. This is a wonderful spot for us.

Living at this community has been amazing. It's a great community for people with pets. I love it here and so does my dog. The staff is Fordial and always willing to help me solve any of my issues.

My experience has been fantastic in this community. I was looking for a safe residential building for me and my wife. Not only that, but, we also didn't want to break the bank trying to find a building that offers fantastic views, amazing Anit layouts, cleanliness, and a great service. To me and my wife, this seemed the perfect fit, and it has proven to be so.
