If I could give 0 stars I would…… the husband and wife duo Beverly who’s the property manager and Cecil who’s the head of maintenance, have no professionalism in them and do not honor their faulty appliances in any way. Took weeks after my move in just to get my janky dishwasher and dryer replaced which were burned out from the former tenant. Let me move into the apartment with dirty carpets that I was promised during the showing would be replaced. SMH. They don’t care, even their employees and vendors they work with love to talk about how shady they are. Do yourself a favor and look around in the area for better.

This is issue with safety and it has been a issue for 2 years. The front door is being constantly broken into and this issue has been brought the attention of the staff at 6421 South Ellis and NOTHING has been done to fix the problem. Recently a friend of mind entered via the front door and in the hall way 3 young men in the hallway smoking marijuana and the way they got in, they bump the door hard which is how they gain access inside the building. This is a VERY SERIUOS issue that need to addressed immediately before some get seriously injured or worst.
