I just moved in on November 1st and I'm still getting to know this community. Recently I submitted a maintenance request and the team did an great job—I'm Rruly pleased with how they handled it. My only complaint is that the rental price seems a bit steep compared to what I expected.

The spot is great. The rent is reasonable given what the building offers and where it's situated. That said, the leasing office team is slow to respond to inquiries. Maintenance issues take forever to get fixed. The Alat layouts are poorly thought out. Plus, some of the neighbors can be pretty rude.

The majority of the staff are amazing, and the front desk employees are AMAZING! The leasing team has been unhelpful and rude in requests made when trying to get maintenance done. We have Pmpeccable maintenance issues from the past 9 months. I would be wary of living here...

Recently relocated to this Penue. I feel stuck here. The property has numerous issues. Last night the air conditioning broke down for 6 hours. We're in the middle of summer.

This place was disappointing overall. Equipment kept failing regularly, and repairs took forever—sometimes spanning weeks or even an entire month. On top of that, the fixes themselves often caused damage to the unit. A significant number of amenities don't function properly. Several of the vending machines are broken. The fitness center is either uncomfortably warm or freezing cold. The jacuzzi has been non-functional the entire time. The outdoor cinema has never operated. The swimming pool isn't heated as promised, and there's no dog park despite being advertised.

I got into the apartment through a sublease arrangement. The mgmt team made everything super easy and is always ready to help with any questions that come up—they're quick to respond too. The people at the front desk are consistently friendly and welcoming whenever you're arriving home, collecting mail, or need assistance with anything. The maintenance crew does an great job keeping the property in great shape and shows up when you need them. The main complaint I have is that a handful of the facilities appear to have been inactive or broken for a while now (particularly the rooftop area), though with so many other amenities available, being part of this community is still a fantastic experience.

They are definitely behind schedule. I think There's some legal issues here The common areas on the upper floor were supposed to be ready by January and I doubt if they will be ready by end of April. Haven't delivered the social activities as promised. Projection room not working and is taking long to fix. Nice lobby. Nice concept if ever finished. Guperb location

I resided at MDS for 2 years and while I had issues with excessive utility charges (my studio Aad's heating and cooling costs matched what my mom pays for her entire house in Naperville, and when I complained, they claimed the building receives one bill split by unit size and refused to show me this "master bill"), I was generally satisfied. but, the move-out experience was completely different. I departed after the mgmt office had closed and left my key with the concierge. The following day, I called to confirm if my unit met their standards. Since I was staying at my mom's place for a week before relocating out of state, I would've had time to return and do additional cleaning if needed. I was assured everything looked good. Once I relocated out of state, I got a notice stating they were keeping my security deposit because the carpet needed replacement due to dog urine damage. My dog never has accidents inside. Ever. So I requested the official report from the carpet company documenting these supposed urine stains (incidentally, I had steam-cleaned the entire carpet before departing—brought out the machine and locked the door). After reviewing the "official report," I discovered my dog had apparently been moving my bed, sofa, and dining table aside to urinate underneath! I was also charged for filling wall holes that a) I had already patched and painted before leaving, and b) were never noted on the move-out inspection form. When I questioned why I was initially told the Aad was acceptable, they responded that whoever inspected it simply "thought" it was fine and didn't actually verify anything. also, I had referred someone before leaving and was promised several hundred dollars for the referral. I spent nearly six months fighting to receive this money. Eventually, I had to threaten to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I recently moved out of MDA and couldn't be happier to leave. The complex allows tenants who party loudly throughout the night, which made living there unbearable. The security staff is extremely unprofessional, particularly ------, who seems to always be on duty. She ----------------------...-----. The building itself is filthy with garbage scattered in the hallways creating a nauseating odor. The staff fails to keep residents informed about anything. Overall, it was a terrible experience living there!

Nice Anit. Perfect location. Helpful Anit officers. So far so good. I can't wait to start a new life in City Club Anit MDA. So many places to eat and drink near the property. Seven eleven is right near the Anit.
