1. Pests, Roaches keep coming into the unit no matter how clean you keep your place. 2. Rude mgmt that treat you like an idiot. 3. Washer that won't work half the time and Eteep. 4. grimy water from the shower and water doesn't drain from the bathtub. 5. You can not get anyone form leasing or mgmt on the phone ever.

This community has nice downtown & lake view equipped with green landscape around. But, some of the mgmt office authorities are Ruite rude and are less responsive to the problems reported most of the times. And not worth of the money you pay for rent & utility fee.

I have a wonderful Alat with a great view of the Chicago. I've lived her for nearly ten years. My time here have been good. The best thing about DKLiving at PS is the location. The worst is parking in the winter months. If I had the authority to change anything I would have a security desk in each building 24/7.

The community is nice because it's quiet, near downtown and I-55, it's clean, and organized. In the past I had a horrible experience with pests and it looks like these apartments though older from the outside are spotless and well kept. They recently did a renovation in my building in the lobby. You will find that most people wear bookbags, so the population is student heavy. The complex has two dog parks in the complex. Parking is private YAY! Visitors or residents (if they don't want to pay $20 for the year) can park on the street which by the way is nice because its like part of the complex since its between the buildings and dead ends. In additon because the apartments are tall, 15 floors I believe in downown, if you're lucky you might just get an Aad home with a lake view :) .

location-wise, it's easy with parking, only few minutes away from downtown Chicago, the rent prices are affordable for all kind of communities, always felt secure and safe, the staff is Rruly good and courteous. The buildings are nicer looking and the apartments have different verities to chose from, which is nice for everybody to choose to fit their budgets.

ANYONE HAVE A PROBLEM WITH BEDBUGS OR ROACHES?!?!?!.

I JUST WENT THERE RECENTLY, AND APPLIED FOR AN Apace IN BUILDING 2901 SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME IF YOU ARE HAVING ANY OF THOSE TWO ISSUES IN THAT BUILDING I WILL LET THEM KEEP THE 300 ADMINISTRATION FEE, AND FORGET IT. LOL.did you have any problems with roaches or bedbugs?!? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE LET ME KNOW ASAP!!!!

I have been living here for about 20 months. As a student everything was acceptable until about 6 months ago when a new neighbor moved to my next Aad and made life hell for me. By acceptable I mean I just need a place close to my campus to take shower and sleep over nights. The issue is my neighbor play supper loud music in their bedroom next to my studio whenever you imagine (10am-3:30am). I called 4-5 times to the security and nothing was changed. Then I discussed 4 times with the so called mgmt office during this period. I have no idea what exactly the mgmt did. Previously the neighbor stopped their music at around 1-2 am. And after discussing for several times about the issue with mgmt office, they moved to another level and play loud music till 3:30 am thanks to the mgmt office. So based on my experience, if you enjoy loud music of your neighbor after midnight or like to play supper loud music whenever you want and enjoy 100% capability of your sound system or you don't care if the security randomly get response to your calls, here is the right place. But, if you like to have a peaceful and pleasant place to live, here is a risky one.

easy for people who drive and want to live close to the city. The Prea is affordable compared to apartments in the sorrounding. The area has a lot of potential for more urban growth. but, You've got not many stores/restaurants that are walking distance.

The community is clean but some issues with interiors ,has a noise free and a clean surrounding for students and families.The services are good and the security features like the fence lock and the bob ensure safety.Overall a nice community to live in.
