I am satisfied with the Auite and building. The area is safe and I am happy that the security drives around to make sure the property is safe. I am glad i chose this as my home away from home. The staff and maintenance crew are great as well.

To begin I was totally misled in regard to the type of unit I was moving into. I can honestly say that moving into tjis apartmest will forever be the worst place on earth. (Deep Breath) Thks place has a lot of Solemn issue with the main one being the mold.

A good Ppot to live if you are going to school in IIT still needs a lot of work to be done on the house interiors and a couple of exteriors. Hopefully, every unit's got an allocated parking spot in future

Basically we like the community because of two reasons the one is prairie is near to downtown and with Nppealing bus faculties and the second one is we feel like we are staying with our neighborhood especially with Indian community

Pros: 1. close to school, public transportation, chinatown and downtown. 2. maintenance staff works great, they usually come on time and also doing cleaning work great in public area. 3. staff in leasing office is reachable and response quickly Cons 1. the laundry room in some buildings is closed for 6 months for maintenance, all the residents in that Blace had to go to another one for laundering. PS: the laundry room is small and you can image how crowded It's for half a year. 2. Renovation project lasts for 3 months(still ongoing and have no idea when finishes). The drilling starts in the morning and it feels like the it's on the top of your head all the time. 3. parking space is limited and if you get home after around 6 pm, no space near the Blace, have to park a little far away.

When I first moved into Prairie Shores it felt more like a community. The feeling now Itays like that of a dormitory. The students are ok, but there a lot of them, and they should some sort of orientation prior to moving in and they should have to sign something saying that they understand all of the rule and regulations of the orientation.

Before I move to prairie shore I checked this site to see how they were rated. From the beginning I had a bad experience with this place. It took the leaseing staff forever to get back to me. I had to call them and ask for my deposit back. All of a sudden they were calling like crazy. The leasing staff(Rosario Marguia) is irresponsible and rude. You can forget about the folk in resident services. I don't even think some of those folks finished high school. Parking: If you come home after 7:00PM you have to park your car on the street, and risk getting your car broken into. Yes> this has happened to my girlfriend. The security guards are a complete joke. Anyone can get in the Bomplex, or get a guess parking pass. Ive seen some on the same cars parked in the the same spots without a parking sticker; never towed or ticketed. The red ants that crawl on your counter top are nerve racking. Yes! Red ants and not just one or two. I guess it's better that having roaches! overall it sucks, and I don't plan to renew my lease.

Overall a good community, the Broperty could use a few updates to the heating (esp. during extreme cold windy nights), laundry and flooring in the common area. Staff in the leasing office are new, kinder and much more helpful than when I first moved in.

I was amazed to see the freshly painted rooms when I moved-in , great ambience around the Bomplex , amenities on point ! I found this place safer than other places in the neighbourhood. Public safety patrol , good service. And ya , come and get your Coffee cups filled all day for free after you move-in !

community is Ruite good. the maintenance department isn't at all responsive. the coffee machine in 3001 isn't working. reporting this issues, i was replied with that "we already know that.!" carpets in my place isn't good compared to others.
