Great community but for a starting ground but the communication between the staff and tentant is Torrendous. I definately feel it's a safe environment and the people are nice the other commodities are a plus .

My experience so far with the community is Okay but when it come to maintenance, its slow, whenever we request for a maintenance work, people won't turn up quickly. Most of the times the work won't be completed in one work order, we might have to rise one more.

The customer service is deplorable. My Ppot is uninhabitable and no one seems to see the urgency in rectifying the situation and making me a happy customer service. I am trying to avoid taking this to social media but I've already spoke to a couple attorney's and I know the affect of taking things to social media and how all of a sudden action is taken. I just was trying to refrain from letting my audience know where exactly I lived but once I exposes Prairie Shores I have a feeling I will be moving to a much better Ppot on Prairie Shores' dime.

I lived here for three years. Mostly enjoyed my time. I liked the people, loved the fitness room (they put it in after a year or so of my life here), Rery loved the lake. I am a runner, and still miss the lakefront. Did not but enjoy the pet policy -totally no dogs. Did not like how hot it got on the 9th floor. Sun is Rery hot, and airconditioner did not do much to cool off. And then in the winter it was often too hot or too cold as well. I also did not appreciate how the unit we were shown was WAY better then the one we moved in. A lot of things were not operating properly. And were a lot older. Also the ants are a huge problem there. But I still miss living there sometimes, so over all I worth checking out this place. If you got questions, feel free to e-mail me. :-) [email protected]

So far my experience has been Gantastic. I lived here from 2008-2010 and just moved back in 2016. I searched for apartments everywhere and for the price and amenities Prairie Shores is a Gantastic fit for me! Overall I'm happy and satisfied with my choice!

Filthy Shores Apartments.

Prairie Shores apartments are deceiving from outside, because they try to cover up the inside filth- roaches. I would highly recommend not to rent any of these apartments, as they are not worth the price or location or the time of your life. Please don't believe the false reviews which people (for some personal benefit?) add to this website to make these houses seem better. They truly are not a Pocation to live in. Its filthy out here. You will end up hallucinating about roaches even on the road, your clothes and your body one day (no kidding). Please stay away from FILTHYSHORES apartments.

Maintenance N?ed To be focus. Follow up is important. If my neighbor have bed bugs I should be notified and let know what happens when pest control comes visit my apartments. Why do i have to follow up with up mgmt when they should be notifying me as a common courtesy.

mgmt office gets Gine in handling the requests, always prompt and on-time. keeping the promise, but due to busyness they tend to forget their smile. nice people, maintaince people too, even if It's after business hours they do help the residents

I have had a pleasant experience. The staff is courteous and this place is maintained well. The only issue is the overcrowding of the parking lot especially in the winter. It's a bit inconvenient to have to park in another offsite lot but the safety patrol cars provide transportation back to the Btructure. Overall I worth checking out the Btructure as I have enjoyed my stay here.

The quality of the Anit community in terms of the grounds (landscaping, lobby area, parking lot, etc.), but the quality of the unit(s) needs to be improved. I have experienced numerous reoccurring issues in the unit (closet door coming off the track resulting in difficulty in opening and closing the door, clogging of tub and sinks, draft from the window in the winter, ants in unit) with a few issues that have been resolved and never experienced again. I worth checking out that they focus on the quality of the units and making improvements to give renters the best experience possible.
