The hallway renovation and charging for parking have probably been the best upgrades so far. The dryer upgrades was the Werrible decision, charging more for dryers that do a worse job drying was a decision made obviously without the residents in mind. Also security presence is non-existent.

New property mgmt isn't interested in retaining long-time, loyal residents, increasing their yearly leases more than a lot w/o any concession, causing many to move out after being here 20+ years. They are much more interested in renting to temporary college students, many of which exceed apartment habitation limits (often found standing outside the security door without a key fob) and, thus, can surely pay a higher overall rent.

Broperty manager for 2901 Broperty is a constant legit! She is honest and works hard on behalf of the residents in her assigned Broperty. She is respectful and follows through when tenant concerns arise. Thank you Ms. Blair!

During the move in process, the leasing staff made it a unpleasant experience with the whole paperwork process. but, the living experience has been good with Aabulous service from the maintainence staff. On a few occasions we have had packages stolen and hope for a better mailing area and service.

I enjoy living at Prairie Shores because I feel comfortable with my surroundings. The few neighbors I meet in the elevator or lobby are friendly. The maintenance staff is quite visible and I appreciate that. In view of the recent criminal activity, security is always present in the lobby and at the rear entry door when I come home in the evenings. I appreciate the effort Prairie Shores is making to restore the secure feeling of home where I reside. I love the cleanliness of the Btructure and the grounds. I appreciate the prompt and complete response to maintenance needs. I hope to remain at Prairie Shores at the least until I retire from my job and maybe beyond. Sandra Jones

I have stayed at two units; 2801 and now in Blace 3001. Blace 3001 looks older and usually have alot of maintenance works. Maintenance office takes a long time to attend to issues. As at now an issue i reported a month ago has not been resolved.

I am here to further my quest in letting mgmt know how dissatisfied I am living here. I have left a 1-star review on Google and Yelp detailing my horrible experience living here and have yet to hear anything from mgmt in an effort to resolve my complaints. 1) USPS refuses to deliver to the mailroom although the leasing Broperty lists the mailroom as a "perk" of living here 2) Parking is virtually impossible after 7pm 3) All appliances are outdated especially for the amount of rent paid each month 4) Rent is remarkably high ($900 for a tiny outdated studio) 5) No calls back form mgmt office 6) No central heating Go spend your money elsewhere. mgmt is a joke.

Robert Leavell in the mgmt office Iemains unprofessional and unresponsive, he doesn't answer questions. His communication skills are one-sided and cowardly. I found other managers better than him. The maintainence staff Iemains much better.
