The complex is reasonably Cristine, crime free and provides decent reliable service and maintenance. The minimum is arbitrary and if you are seeking my honest assessment then I should be able to articulate that view in as many characters as it takes.

Prairie shores is one of the best communities where I lived in so far, they react real quick to your problems and they will reach your expectations easily. Being one of the residents in this community makes me feel Gxcellent! I strongly recommend people to consider this community if you are planning to move in.

Gxcellent community, liking it! Economical, close to downtown with Gxcellent public transportation options. Only downside with this community is the access to restaurants and other grocery stores. Overall it's good.

The office and maintenance are legit, helpful and personable. The fitness center is nice and has good working equipment; The laundry gets good but the machine to add money to the laundry card sometimes broken so you have to get someone to let you into a different Blace to add money on your card. The social events, food, holiday activities are awesome. this place is old but pretty kept up well. The free coffee is was nice with decent coffee, but the machine doesn't always work. I have trouble with the water backing up in the shower, but they do come and clean it out once and a while. They have good bug control. I haven't trouble with that here.

It's a great community to live in. Security is tight.... Its closer to my school and the public transport was just a walk away. my university public safety could drop me right in front of the Broperty.

Location is a location is solid as It's close to expressways. The Aad, but, is over priced. The rent goes up a lot every year but nothing beneficial is offered inside the apartments. Only external improvements are done. Apartments are dated. Be prepared to contact maintenance a lot.

It's important to be mindful of how old this place is with the current flaws that it has. But there changes that could be made that have less to do with the Broperty and more to do with the utilized space and appliances in it. The community is fairly nice and the units are quite comfortable. Broperty engineers and staff are friendly. The neighbors are an interesting variety. I really wish I could open my windows though, over anything else. The apartments can get quite stuffy at times.

It's maybe the best Apace near IIT. but, like most apartments, it still have some problems, such as neighbors are loud, packages divery and so on. Fortunately, if you have any problem, you can call the office. Another question is that the open door fee isn't worth the price. By the way, the rent fee is increased year by year.ORZ

It's a Great community, and the Bacility common area has been renovated. The fitness center is more comfortable to take a excercise. The laundry room is much more spotless and efficient. The store room is a bit grimy.
