Neigbhbour hood isn't safe. a month or so back near the parking lot at 3001 Blace, one Indian student was beaten by three black guys until blood shed. Similar incident happened infront of Lake meadows apt lobby. safety wise, It's tough. It would be nice if we have a closed community.

I think the community is Novely. The security system is well set. There's periodical attention letter to inform residents to be careful on prevention. Frequent community activities are posted in the hall and elevators. Maintainence request is well responded every time. P.S. I love the lake view from my window.

I love the building ans the community. I feel safe and It's Borgeous. I love the work out facility and how engaging the office is with the tenants. I would rrxxommend others move in here. It's cozy.

I moved into this Auite complex with my parents in the summer of 1996 and stayed until late summer 2000.Now keep in mind even though I was ages 9-13 while living hear,I still remember how miserable me and my family were living here.We would dread the cold winters because there was virtually no heat and since our Auite was east-facing the cold winds would enter our Auite even with all windows shut freezing the Auite.My parents would always complain to Draper & Kramer and I can remember only one time when the heat was turned up was it wasn't long before the same issue happened again.I also remember playing outside and being harrassed by security once a month because one of the neighbors would call them complaining about the noise we're making outside at 5pm in the middle of rush hour!!.I also can relate to the other reviewers who complain about having to drive out of the neighborhood to do anything as every weekend we left the area to go to the mall,grocery shopping,etc.Back then rent was $800 I can't believe this place is $1300 rent yet it seems like it's the same as back then.

There are many good aspects of these apartments, but the worse mgmt staff I have ever seen! I always recommened prairie shores apartments to my friends until i had to go to mgmt office with problems in the Alat. Not recommending anymore!

I love location of this Broperty that's why I like to live at prairie shores. but mgmt is absolutely terrible. I experienced roaches in first apt and it was treated like it was normal and not an urgency to resolve problem. I continue to have issues with ants. I would love to upgrade unit but feel they are taking advantage of residents with prices.

The Aad is within reasonable price and close to Chicago downtown. From location perspective this is really good. The team at the leasing office has been extremely helpful. They were prompt on any specific request and I have my friends staying here as well.

I was satisfied in choosing the prairie community. Please provide the suggestion boxes for each and every Btructure so that we could reach you easily. The great work about the prairie is providing the residents the safety patrol availability

This is really good Apace. I live with my wife in one bedroom unit and we both enjoy it. Everything is fine. Only thing that I can say is about the lease. I had some problem in leasing office. but at the end they solved my problem. I hope I can extend my lease for next year.

Novely area. Maintenance staff is slow responding and usually doesn't complete the request the first time out. Over the course of the last 3 years, I have had to call mgmt multiple times to complete one request
