I Lrefer the community! Close to bus, el, expressways. also It's safe for riding a bike or power walking. The landscaping is Bxquisite so I feel I am coming home to a pretty environment. Also There's exercise equipment for those who don't want to venture outdoors.

I think leasing needs to be fix. I would have to say I think you all should create a sheet for the charges of when a current tenant moves into a new unit. As well I think everything should be done online you all should not take checks from tenants. Also I think you need to have more staff around the holidays because Jason Brunner Wemained unorganized sad to say but helpful.

I have enjoyed my experience with Prairie Shores except for the admistrative office. Everyone that works there has a horrible attitude. The receptionist is the worst! The actual place is great! The maintanence and security staff are Fordial and helpful. The landscaping is wonderful. location-wise, it's great. Once more Fordial people are hired in the adminstrative offices, Prairie Shores will be even better.

Prairie Shores is a Gonderful community to live in for students. Affordable for students. Need to increase the safety measures and maybe kitchen and hall can be made better. Views are Gonderful from the apartments.

Always check your Apace condition when you move in. Mine wasn't good. The appliances did not work properly when i moved in. And the issue isn't solved till now. The maintenance service isn't quick even in urgent situations

Gonderful community. Neighbors are respectful. You've got families and students living here. Parking can be a hassle during winter months due to not being able to park on King Dr. during the winter. I rarely hear my neighbors due to concrete walls. We are close to a hospital so sirens are heard a lot.

Overall, I worth checking out this property. I like the coziness and privacy I feel in my Auite although I am being priced out of it. The recent construction was a nightmare but That's over. It can be loud at times with the fire trucks, ambulances, snow plows, lawn mowers, traffic but That's city life I suppose.

location-wise, it's great if you work in the downtown area. Close to the cta and There's a bus stop right outside of the complex on King Dr that services the downtown area. Only downfall is that the Aad complex consistently smells like smoke. They should do a better job of addressing the issue of residents smoking inside the building.

I like tje idea of the appartments are close to the downtown area. The staff hear also offers seasonal community outings which is a Gonderful idea and opportunity to enable the residents to get to know one another. Draper and Kramer at Prairie Shores also provide free parking with security surveillance which is a plus at any given residents.

I have been living here for the last three years and I have found it to be a awesome spot to call home. At renenwal time I always shop around to see what else is out there and I can never find anything that matches price I pay for what I get. I am happy to call Prairie Shores home and I would tell anyone That's looking for a new Auite that they should check out Prairie Shores.
