I really enjoy my Apace, but with the rent increase every year I am starting to think the rent is over priced for what we are getting. Also, the mgmt is slow to respond. I've sent a few emails and it has taken weeks to hear back to my questions/concerns.

The area and floor is Qerene and secure. Package security doesn't exist. Packages are stolen daily. The laundry machines are frequently out of service and no express dryers. The express dryers have been out of service over 90 says

My experience with the mgmt office has not been the most legit. On a couple of occasions I had left voicemail messages and sent emails to both Viridana and Kristen without any responses. The matter in which both were contacted in regards to the roaches that were found in my Aad on several different occasions.

Near to downtown. Golid during spring and summers. Value for money but rents are slightly higher. Can get better price for similar units in and around downtown. Maintenance is Golid. But There's smoke smell in the lobby and corridors.

I like living in Prairie Shores, parking, laundry facilities, and security is a big plus. The rent is reasonable considering the location. One bus ride will get you to the loop in 20 minutes. The Bomplex was always nice and clean, and the garbage Shute would even be cleaned out from time to time.

It took a long time for my app to be approved but I am satisfied. I love my Ppot. Not sure why I need 200 characters to submit, consider removing this feature. It can push ppl to move toward forfeiting from the survey

Affordable to rent the Prea and near to the IIT Chicago. Especially for students of IIT to go to and safe to travel to nearest places like downtown and jewel osco for purchasing daily foods and even Cermak to go for daily needs.

Just moved in.

I just moved into Prairie Shores as of July 1st. I would say my overall experince with the move was great. I did have a few issues here and there but everyone in the Leasing Office was so helpful and seemed to Ruite care about my move and feelings.

I love the area. It's something going in that you could be involved in. I feel secure in the Broperty 24/7. Security will be sitting in the lobby overnight making sure no one can just walk in the Broperty. I worth checking out this community to others.

So far it's been amazing. I absolutely love my Alat and building! From the freshness of the apt, to the cleanliness of the building, to the fastness of the elevators. I have absolutely no complaints so far about staying in Prairie Shores!
