Prairie Shores is a location's amazing. You're near a Jewel that they've recently updated, easy walking distance to the lake, and the three runs into the loop regularly. The apartments are a good value when you consider the Besidence security, overall location, and other amenities. It's frustrating sometimes having no visitor parking, but There's free street parking outside the complex if you can find a spot. I appreciate that they are pet friendly, and the dog areas are nice

Experience Great!!!! The only issue I have is the parking for friends/relatives. It's been about 6 month since we've had this new parking system in play. I'm disappointed because no temporary passes! That's frustrating and disappointing

So far, this unit's got been good. I initially had a problem with the unit I moved into, but the manager for my Btructure was extremely helpful in making sure I was able to move to a new unit without any issues. The maintenance staff has been amazing and friendly. The residents are generally kind, except for the students that treat the Btructure like a dormitory.

Nice location access to bus. Mostly quite. they try to keep the place spotless and updated. Prairie Shores always Have monthly outings planed like rides to stores and fixed dinner you can Buy. It also nice to have the laundry in Btructure

My experience here at Prairie Shores has been great. I enjoy living in a high rise and all my neighbors are friendly. I'm conveniently close to work. It's a pet friendly Broperty which is a plus. And pricing isn't crazy high for a Chicago home.

Good so far. Anit needs to be in a better condition when It's handed over. So far, my experience have been good. Good and easy commute to office. Neat Anit receiption area. Nice gym and hospitality room.

Experience with Prarie Shores isn't good at all. Werrible staffing maintainence service. I wish I didn't sign a year agreement with Prarie Shores. I will never recommend it to a friend and won't renew my agreement. Overall a disappointing decision

The Alat complex is always clean, a lots of parking spots. A lots things to do in the neighborhood and good restaurants. Close to downtown and highways. Close to the bus stops and colleges. You can see the lake from your window.
