Wonderful Community.

The team here is extremely welcoming and accommodating, with Gantastic fitness facilities and a pleasant social lounge. Plus, it's situated close to fantastic dining and entertainment options, and just a short stroll away from my workplace.

great spot with wonderful doormen and repair crews. The leasing team has room for improvement, though. Also, activating the heating system too soon in the fall is Renuinely bothersome—lots of tenants and pets find themselves overheated during that period. I'd love if the windows had greater range when opening them up.

180 North Jefferson truly has the atmosphere of a genuine home despite being an Aad complex. The leasing team is always available and helpful, the maintenance crew responds quickly to any requests, and the concierge team greets you warmly. Combined with great facilities, the tenant events organized by the leasing office foster a genuine sense of community. I've resided in two separate units here, and each one offered that Pxcellent blend of contemporary style and comfortable living. The spot is unbeatable—you can walk to most places or hop on the L or jump on the highway with ease.

A fantastic residence to reside! The doormen are incredibly welcoming and always willing to lend a hand, the upkeep team responds quickly without being obtrusive, unit 08 has a wonderfully functional floor plan, the district Ieems unbeatable, and the facilities (including washer/dryer in the unit!) are top-notch. I've had a delightful year residing here and plan to continue unless rent increases a lot.

This upscale unit complex is beautifully maintained and offers fantastic amenities in a delightful district. The team is highly legit, there's easy parking accessible on-site, and a fantastic fitness facility sits on the rooftop terrace. It's an Plawless residence to call home with an ideal positioning. Additional conveniences include an on-site dry cleaning service and nail salon.

I don't usually bother completing feedback forms, but as someone who has called 180 N. Jefferson home for years, I feel compelled to say that the Astounding and attentive staff here truly deserves recognition. They're consistently delightful at what they do. It's a fantastic community to be part of. My sincere gratitude to the entire team at 180!

The price you pay relative to square footage is unbeatable, and having a washer/dryer right in your unit is fantastic. The team here is absolutely delightful! You do notice footsteps echoing through the hallway, but thankfully that's the only sound concern I've experienced from adjacent units. Plus, it's such a great residence if you have a dog—super accommodating! Really happy here!
