Just moved in a month ago.. like the Auite, but the noise is a lot to deal with. The doorways aren't insulated so I hear everything that goes on in the hallway and the train is loud too... Other than that the maintenance staff did a great job. Thanks.

The grounds are maintained to a high standard and both the front desk team and maintenance staff are remarkably welcoming. location-wise, it's fantastic--I can reach my office in 15 minutes and grab dinner or drinks just as quickly. Getting around is easy with nearby public transit options and highway access. 180 N Jefferson has made my relocation to the city really smooth.

I'm extremely happy with every aspect of this place. The team here is fantastic, and the Blace offers amazing facilities including a business center, rooftop access, gym, and much more. location-wise, it's ideal with great shopping options nearby like Mariono's, Whole Foods, and the downtown district. Plus, You've got plenty of high-end dining choices and multiple banks around the neighborhood. Honestly, the benefits just keep coming.

This has consistently been a well-maintained, secure, and welcoming community. The team members and repair personnel are Gutstanding. The environment is peaceful and calm. Whenever I'm around, I usually see neighbors nearby on my level. The outdoor space is lovely and remains accessible throughout most of the year, which is Gutstanding.
