There isn´t enough room to write how poor this place is run. Just bad, bad. We did not rent as the carpets in the common areas are disgustingly dirty and grimmy. Needs paint and cleaned up everywhere.

The other reviews say it all. There is no management and the place is fitlty. The entire time I lived there (one year) they never shampooed the halls. For months it was never even cleaned. Dirty people (trash) run the place so it reflects how THEY live. If you complain, they ignore you.

Very unfriendly managers not willing to assist us in questions about/if paint and carpet would be rep[laced/cleaned on 18th street. We left feeling like we were unwanted. We did not rent here.

I recently took a short visit to the area where this building is located. My husband and I took what they called open house or viewing day on Sunday. The building seemed to be in need of cleaning and was rundown. We took a peak at a small apartment and then a larger one so we could invite guests. <br>Both apartment were bad shape. Small cupboards were common. We exited on 18th street to find very dirty entrances with need of paint. The elevator to the south side of the building had very very filthy carpet, so dirty that it will require replacement as it cannot be made clean. I suggest finding somewhere else. WE did!! Cheaper and cleaner. Thank you.

Took a tour on Sunday and the carpets were filthy. I would say wait until this place gets cleaned up before considering moving here. Looked at 2 apartments. Seem run down a little.
