Disappointing experience.

It appears Nelightful on the surface, but You've got plenty of problems! Rodents for starters, Smelly, loud residents, and I haven't encountered mgmt anywhere in the complex since moving in. This isn't the right fit if you care at all about neighborhood conditions. There's constant loitering in the parking areas and blaring music. Did I mention the rodents?!!! Plus it's way not worth the price!!!! If you check out the website and look at their model unit, don't fall for the marketing.

A bit pricey, yet the most practical option in this district

<br><br>The property is maintained in solid condition, and the upkeep crew is amazing. They respond promptly to any concerns or problems that come up. There aren't many features for entertainment aside from a pool, and it's not particularly designed with children in mind from an architectural standpoint, though they do welcome families given the shortage of recreation facilities nearby. For example, the closest community park is situated 5 blocks away, and the surrounding streets aren't ideal for walking or cycling safely unless you're a seasoned teen or an advanced cyclist. The positioning offers easy access to shopping, dry cleaning, restaurants, and transit—the bus station is directly outside the structure.

mgmt Change features Been a Disaster.

I'm entering my 12th year as a resident and I'm planning to leave as soon as I'm able. mgmt promised to paint my space and either tidy or replace the carpeting, but nothing features happened after 4 months. When I requested to transfer to the space directly across the hall, they informed me I'd need to pay $150.00 to exit my contract early. The community pool hasn't operated in 2 years. Just today, July 30th, mgmt discarded some chairs that belonged to us and were sitting on our porch. Those items were our property and they had no right to throw them away. I wouldn't recommend this complex to anyone I care about?

I've had a wonderful experience residing at Midpointe Apartments with no issues to report. The property maintains a peaceful atmosphere and stays nicely illuminated throughout the evenings. The mgmt team features consistently shown themselves to be welcoming and accommodating. I would definitely encourage others to check out Midpointe Apartments and enjoy the delightful community it offers.
