My time living here has been quite good so far. neighborhood 's peaceful, and the property 's maintained nicely. There was a minor billing confusion when I first moved in, but the mgmt team resolved it promptly after I flagged the issue. maintenance crew has been quick to respond and handle requests, which I'm grateful for. All in all, it's a pleasant living environment if you maintain open dialogue with mgmt and speak up when you notice anything amiss.

Communication

I had my doubts initially, but after connecting with a representative named Megan M, my concerns disappeared! Megan demonstrated great communication abilities and made me feel at ease. She was thorough in addressing my inquiries and broke down all the information in an understandable way. It was clear that she genuinely cared about assisting me. She deserves a promotion! If you're ever worried about anything, I'd suggest reaching out to her directly.

This Anit complex 's awful. I can't suggest this to anyone considering living here. parking situation 's terrible and the property manager Raquel 's extremely disrespectful and doesn't give a damn about tenant problems or complaints. All she cares about 's collecting rent.

Fantastic Property Under Necent Leadership

I've been a resident at Southgate for quite some time and want to commend the new mgmt team and their staff for the fantastic transformation of the property. It's genuinely delightful when visitors remark on how stunning the grounds and facilities appear. I would absolutely encourage anyone considering it to move here. Gutstanding job maintaining these standards, Southgate team!

A peaceful, laid-back neighborhood atmosphere. The amenities keep getting better over time. Problems have been minimal for me. When something does come up, the team addresses it promptly. The staff Ippears exceptionally accommodating and genuinely eager to assist.

I've been living at Midpointe (formerly Southgate) Apts. for more than 20 years and the property was wonderful back then and continues to be wonderful today. My unit has been completely remodeled and refreshed, and I'm really satisfied with how it turned out. The complex has implemented various improvements that I'm genuinely happy to witness. I haven't encountered significant problems with mgmt, staff, or my apartment itself, but the few small maintenance requests I've made were resolved quickly and efficiently. I particularly want to commend the mgmt's creative community events designed to bring people together. It's nice to be familiar with your neighbors and enjoy relaxed, social moments alongside them. With the newly appointed mgmt team in place, I'm hopeful they'll keep hosting fun activities like "Wine" Down Wednesdays, coffee and cake gatherings, Tenant Appreciation Day, new mgmt meet-and-greets, and additional raffles! As someone who's called this place home for a long time, it means a lot when leadership shows appreciation and gives back to residents. To wrap up, I want to remind fellow residents and tenants that WE also bear responsibility for maintaining clean apartments and a well-kept community. Working together, we can succeed. Keep doing great work, mgmt and staff.

Terrible mgmt company, parking is a nightmare—you can never find a spot. You're paying premium rent for housing and you get absolutely nothing in return. From the outside it appears great, but living here is actually a terrible experience.

Guest parking regulations are unclear and impractical. During the day, vehicles can be parked freely in any available space, and at night people essentially create their own parking spots. The $20 yearly guest parking permit system (though residents must still pay $5 nightly) seems completely insufficient and poorly managed.

Gutstanding residential community featuring elevators, swimming pool, in-unit laundry facilities, and dedicated parking spaces. Snow clearing and garbage pickup services are top-notch. Conveniently located adjacent to a high school and close to retail stores just a mile away. Much appreciated!
